I stopped into Kobe Ramen in Latham for lunch and ordered the wonton soup and a fruit tea. The soup was delicious – the broth was very flavorful and the wontons were cooked to perfection, soft and tender without falling apart. The fruit tea was a nice, refreshing sweet drink to go with it. The staff were very nice and welcoming, and the atmosphere was great and cozy for a mid-day break. I’d definitely come back here when I want something warm and comforting.
You know a place is good when they start to remember your name and face, but you can't blame me for coming so often because the food is delicious! My personal favorites are the hibachi chicken and tonkatsu ramen 😋
