Service is very slow drive thru or inside, staff is very ghetto, yelling, talking on the phone while taking your order
First off there is a language barrier that should not the there. When it takes ten minutes to order because the person working the drive through, neither understands English or is just plain ignorant. The service was absolutely horrendous and this seems to be a trend for McDonald's. Terrible service , terrible food and long waits, that doesn't sound like a great business model.
The absolute slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. We mobile ordered for pickup in the drive thru around 7:30pm. Waited in the drive thru line with only two cars ahead of us for 20-30 minutes until we finally got our food. This wasn't our first time experiencing this at this location, but it will be our last.
