I am writing this with a heavy heart and a sense of disbelief over my recent visit to what I considered my go-to 7-Eleven store. My loyalty has been steadfast, with frequent visits and significant monthly expenditures. However, the latest encounter has left me feeling disrespected and shaken.During my visit, I selected several items from the 50% off aisle, only to be met with what appeared to be a lack of effort from an employee to honor the store’s advertised prices. It was disheartening to see what seemed to be a dismissive gesture, a sigh, from the gentleman at the checkout when asked to adjust the prices accordingly. This made me feel as though my patronage was a burden rather than valued business. The situation worsened when the lady with glasses, instead of diffusing the tension, chose to escalate it. Her words, “If I wasn’t on my shift this would be a different story,” rang with an implicit threat that left me feeling unsafe and unwelcome. This confrontation, coupled with the prior lack of assistance, compounded into an emotionally charged experience that I am still trying to come to terms with.I write this not out of spite, but in the hope that it will spark a change for the better. No customer should have to endure such treatment, especially in a place that prides itself on community and service. I urge the management to address these behaviors so that no one else experiences what I have gone through.

Hard Worker

As a veteran I don't serve this country and put my life on the line for civilians to be disrespected just because they are a jew with braids hanging from the sides half bald or whatever it is. Everything should be respected. Additionally I did not appreciate the white lady with glasses using vape on the front desk counter as there were minors in the store at the time of the scene.

My child was with me and the workers were saying some really nasty stuff my child shouldn't have heard.

I tried to calm down a a fight but the employee started cursing at me followed by her other worker who was assumed to be her husband if im not wrong.

I was with my friend grabbing a drink from the freezer and the workers were just awful at handling a situation that broke out.

I was grabbing a drink from the freezer and the argument broke out, but the argument was handled unprofessional.

I just witnessed an argument between a gentlemen and this lady. The gentlemen was very nice and kept things under control, but the employees reaction was outrageous. I will not come here again.

Absolutely disgusting employee behavior. Two spouses work together and one of them happened be unable to take the 50% price off as it was on 50% sale. My items were charged for normal prices and I was really upset with the employee behavior. If you see a white female and black male they are both wife and husband and so I please encourage you to not check out anything at the front desk if you see them. That is your chance to respectfully leave the store and find another gas station.

Customer service was phenomenal, the scheduled rep at this time and date was welcoming and enthusiastic about providing courteous service. I'm super thankful

I WAS RACIALLY MOTIVATED HERE AT THIS WORKPLACE BY A WHITE CASHIER. I'm a black female alright. I had brought four things of ramen and I had brought my backpack with me because I knew I wouldn't be able to carry it all by hand. I had brought my ramen with THE GOOD CASHIER PLAYING MUSIC and had gone back to my friends. I couldn't carry all four packs of ramen by myself so I put TWO ramen cups down in the freezer near my friends. Tell me why the white cashier comes up to me and is like "is everything ok? I saw you put something in your bag." I told him I out away my ramen and he left. Me and my friends go up to the register to pay and I hear the cashier asking the other one "did you ring them up?" And I go ahead and say "I brought four cups of ramen" THEN on top of that, the WHITE cashier asked ME a black female "can I see inside your bag?" I said "no." Because obviously, this isn't my f****** parent. So he goes "I saw you take something from the freezer" I explained to him what I did and then showed him my bag. He starts going "I believ you, I believe you." So guess what Mr. White Cashier, I got your picture and you're about to get f****** sued. Bring your best lawyer

There is not marked as a 7-Eleven store here. This is an A+ Market that was purchased by 7-Eleven corporate. I confirmed that this IS A CORPORATE 7-Eleven Store. Inside the market this is 100nper cent a real, genuine 7-Eleven, with your old 7-Eleven favorites, located in the Sunoco filling station. Not the same, just as convenient, but I drove laps around it for a while before I figured out that there's only the A+ here. The staff, however, are 7-Eleven's finest. This place is stocked, shiney, clean, and the folks who work here do their very best to make certain that you have the very best 7-Eleven experience. While I was here the counter guy offered a late-night customer to brew up a fresh coffee for him. So there ya go. As a plus, this location will take either your 7-Rewards number or your Sunoco A-Plus Rewards number!!
