We found a mouse on the ground, and asked for a manager, right after being seated, as one of our party grabbed the mouse, so it wasn’t running around, we were harassed by a male employee shortly after the manager grabbed him, I will never come back, I have never seen such unprofessionalism, nor have I have yelled at to leave for finding a mouse in a restaurant. He was standing in our way screaming at us to leave, as he was standing in our way.

I picked up a mouse crawling in the middle of the floor. And was kicked out for reporting it to the manager and one of the male employees.

Four staff members sitting down while 3 people waiting on mobile orders without anyone helping or anything..... Short over weight lady that handles mobile orders is so rude and unprofessional.... Avoid this location

Came here for a friend's 21st birthday and our server, Emma, was an absolute delight. Super upbeat and friendly, she always checked in on us and made sure we were doing okay, even told us a small story which we enjoyed listening to. Food was delicious, no delay in the items coming out and everything was just as ordered! Couldn't have asked for a better server for tonight.

Food was good, fast service and we were sat immediately on a Friday evening in a busy restaurant. $1 drink specials are mixed in a batch and ours were watered down/weak but I'm sure whoever got the end of the batch was very happy.

I have no idea why everything closes by 10 pm these days, but I appreciate that they stay open late.. the food is always good their is always a great variety to choose from

The greeter and wait staff were excellent, the food had great flavor, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I guess my only real complaint is that they served me a cup of French onion soup broth instead of the "au jus" that should accompany a prime rib sandwich. Aside from that, the price was fair considering the cost of EVERYTHING these days

Was extend to get one of my favorite entrees I have gotten at other locations and absolutely loved. I ordered the 4 cheese Mac and cheese with the honey peppered chicken tenders, the chicken was very small compared to what is normally put on the plate one of them should not have counted as a tender it was so small. The honey pepper sauce was almost non existent and the macaroni was extremely bland. Not to mention my meal was like warm. Also ordered the 50cent boneless wings, those were good but again they were Luke warm. Our waitress was not the most pleasant either. Not the most polite while taking our order. Unfortunately I did not get her name. Not sure I would return to this location in the future.

Krysta was our Server and she was outstanding!! She was so friendly and attentive. My Niece and I hadn't seen each other in a bit. and she gave us the time to catch up without hovering over us until ready to order. She got our drinks right out - ice cold draft beer, and our salads & dressing were great (mine, strawberry, hers chicken - oh so good!!). We would go back just for the phenomenal service!!
