I went here tonight with my kids food was amazing my server name Abby W was very polite looked like she was having a rough day hopefully it’s gets better for her but she did an amazing job an servers don’t get recognized very much but thank you to Mrs Abby W an the rest of the staff I wish I knew when Abby worked again I’d go in person an thank her because my kids liked her they said she was very nice

This Applebee's does a lot of business but they don't have the staff to keep up with it... We waited almost 10 minutes to be seated.. with no one there to seat us and no line ??? a busboy appeared and said you know it's going to be at least a 10 to 15 minute wait and then disappeared .. another 10 minutes and we were seated.. our saving grace was the waitress took a liking to our children and the service we received excellent in comparison to others that appeared...

Was out and about in Latham when I decided to head home I was hungry and thought where could I call ahead on my way home to order food and upon arrival it will actually be ready. When I pulled up the app and plugged in my order it stated my order if grilled shrimp Alfredo would be ready in about 12 minutes was great. When I arrived the young lady was bringing out an order for another customer in the vehicle next to where I pulled in. She she was done and before I could call the...
