Oh my goodness gracious, hands down the BEST food we’ve eaten in the capital region. When I tell you that every single dish we ordered was packed with layers of flavors and we physically couldn’t hold ourselves back from “just one more bite”, I am not exaggerating. Each dish was prepared fresh with equally fresh and top-tier ingredients making every bite one worth savoring. I have enjoyed so many variations of Tom Kha up and down the East Coast, and in PDX but none come close to the deliciousness that we had tonight. Beyond the excellent food, you have the friendliest, fastest, and most attentive staff with the kindest service paired with a warm, welcoming, energetic atmosphere. Bangkok Kitchen just won our hearts and we are loyal fans that will be back again and again!

I love this restaurant. The food is so damn good. I have celiac disease and eating out is usually a scary event that I do not get too excited about. This is a place to be excited about.Dietary restrictions: Had a great experience with their gluten free options

I ordered nearly $80 worth of food and let me say it unappetizing to say the least. The food was soggy when it should have been fried and the taste was seriously lacking. On top of that, the woman with the short bob haircut was very rude. She did not want to be bothered and kept blaming the "80 year old manager," for mess ups with the order. Very unprofessional. This was my first experience here and will also be my last.Edit: The owner was kind enough to reach out to me and I will say that she is very kind and generous. I will be giving this establishment one more try as it may have been an off day for the cooks.

Small and quaint. Food was tasty, and they had reasonable prices.

This place is a fusion of Thai and Japanese food for the average white person. This is not authentic Thai or Japanese. In what universe is this drunken noodles? Highly disappointed. Will not be back

I love duck, but where ever I go they always say the duck is fried. I spoke to the manager and she said we can roast the duck for you. Very tender. 11 stars. Great food and sake and dessert. Thank you from my fiancé and me.A.

Decent food. I had the Seabass and Fried Oysters. Yeah, I know -- not what most people typically think of when eating Thai. Both were good enough. I'll re-visit to try additional items.

Very expensive and not a lot of food for the price. Thai Basil Chicken was very disappointing. More chunks of green pepper than any other vegetable. People in the restaurant are very nice.

Completely spontaneous decision to go out for dinner tonight and it ended up being a great night. We left the house to pick up some fast food and rush back home but saw Bangkok kitchen and decided to have dinner there. The restaurant was busy but we were able to get seated immediately. We had a wonderful server who although was taking care of several tables was extremely gracious and attentive. They were offering a Valentine's Day prix fixe menu but we decided to go a la carte. All of our choices were delicious from the appetizers to the mains. For appetizers we had the duck spring roll, mussels and duck salad and sushi and orange chicken for main entrees. We dine here regularly and every time our experience is nothing short of wonderful. They also offer great lunch options. Definitely give them a try. Located at 1207 Troy Schenectady Road in Latham.

Takeout experience: The food for the most part is good but theres been some issues with quality control. We ordered from them about a month ago and found a live bug in a side salad, i did call and speak with someone and they acknowledged the issue and told us we could have a complementary side salad for the next order (which I wasnt exactly thrilled about after having a bug in the last one). Then we ordered again the other day and we each found these blue rubber bands in our pad thai. Needless to say it makes me concerned about the standards. Their red Thai boba tea however is the best!
