Ordered 48 cupcakes for my sons Bday and all 24 of the vanilla ones were so dry none of the kids would eat them…..called them and they told me to bring them back so they could check them…lol well i have no time for that….money lost sad the kids didnt enjoy them hope someone see’s this and gets cupcakes elsewhere :((

Usually love this place . Come here very often. But on sat December 14 I ordered 1.5 dozen sub rolls and 2 doz donuts . The blueberry donuts were hard as rock hard for my grandchildren to even eat and the sub rolls didn’t seem fresh . Very disappointed.

There are two locations for this bakery one in Latham and the other in Troy both serve excellent dessert options. My husband is obsessed with the croissant there and could eat them by the dozen. Highly recommend if you haven't try their baked goods yet

Purchased 2 slices of birthday cake for 4.95 a slice. Very, very dry. I would love to know what liquids they put in their cakes. If it's water, please don't. I won't buy it again 🫣

Love love bella Napoli, been visiting this place since I was a kid and everything in here is worth a try. Very reasonably priced.
We were referred here by a random stranger at the grocery store. We highly recommend this bakery as well. It is busy, but well organized. We wanted something special for our anniversary and ended up with 2 slices of cake and 2 gourmet lemon cupcakes. Honestly, I don’t think you can go wrong with any choice. We will be frequent visitors! ❤️

We go here every holiday since moving fr Brooklyn NY every time we go we eat lunch by then they are calling our number we never had a complaint anything we ever bought fr here was delicious

I've been coming here since I was a kid. Today I visited. A lady with a dog that was NOT a service dog!! Whyyy??? Then, I tip my server (25%, mind you). She didn't even thank me. These young women need to be trained not only in your products, but also how to treat customers...ALL customers!
