The only even slight negative thing I can say is that I wish the fries were a little bit thicker. That being said the burgers are always outstanding. You can also get a burger cooked rare or medium rare instead of most places which insist on cooking the shit out of. Absolutely the best burgers of anyplace in the area and beyond: Outback, five guys, red robin, smash burger.... None of them can hold a candle to Burger 21. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I got a bacon burger and my wife got chicken tenders. Burger was above average compared to similar places like burgerfi and five guys. Tenders were incredible though. Very juicy and well seasoned. Staff was friendly, and the store is clean and nice, but the seats were a bit beat up and torn in the booths. Loved my experience, would recommend

Milkshakes are awesome!! I had the cookies and cream and the flavor and consistency was really good. The burge and Fries in the other hand, hard pass. If you want to stop by for good food. Unfortunately this is not the place.

First time here. Was craving a milk shake. I recommend only getting the milkshake. The burger had a weird vinegar, smell and taste to it. The fries were decent. The place is really clean, but the seats in the booth are all ripped up. The staff are very friendly.

Went into burger 21 today and ordered my usual. As anyone who’s ever been to burger 21 the only reason to go there is for the sauce selection. I ordered extra sauces and got three meals with my to go order just to get home and find no sauces in the bag after being assured there was before leaving.

It was not as good as the last time I was there. It appeared short-staffed but couldn't tell. Our different meals we got were ok. The restaurant needed its tables wiped and some of the debris from peoples meals swept from the floor. The two people working seemed very busy, yet very nice. Dogs are allowed at the outside patio, so that was really cool

The food has always been excellent. However, the service, which used to be great, has declined. When I approached the counter, I was met with a blank stare. I provided my name, and she walked away without a word, only to return and hand me my food without any interaction. I was honestly shocked by such poor customer service that I felt compelled to write this review. Please retrain this employee.

Food was good and a decent price for the type of place. The format is exactly like five guys so patrons of there will be familiar. However it was really quiet when I went which was a little bizarre, especially in a college town around dinner. Overall worth trying with friends but would be lame by yourself.
