I bought a Quickmill Andreja Premium espresso machine from Chris Coffee over 10 years ago and it's still going strong. Whenever I need help with basic maintenance or help diagnosing a problem I can always count on Tim in the service department to get me the information and the parts I need. This type of customer service is invaluable, especially when you factor in not needing to transport a 40lb espresso machine to the shop. Thank you Tim! If you are a do it yourself person, or you don't have the time to ship out your machine, the service department at Chris Coffee is always there for you.

Do not order from here unless you want to waste your time and energy. Customer service is non-existent. I received the incorrect La Marzocco machine (black instead of stainless steel) on 9/12 and there was zero effort from Chris's coffee's customer service team to ensure that this was resolved in a timely manner. In fact, this was all passed along to me to handle. It took a month to locate the machine I ordered. I contacted La Marzocco myself on 10/14 and then received the correct machine on 10/16. I also wasted time communicating with the Ryder, the delivery company, directly who consistently missed 3 pick ups and blamed me for not being there at the right time which I have emails and time stamps for. Every communication and follow up was initiated by me. I don't typically write reviews but this was a horrible experience. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I had a brilliant experience here. My super automatic espresso machine is 12 to 15 years old and stopped working. I have the impression much of their work is for commercial accounts. They could have said we don't do home machine repairs or we don't do machines that old. Instead they were welcoming and repaired the machine for about 2 hours of labor. It works again just as well as when I first bought it, add at perhaps 5 percent of the cost of an equivalent new machine.

In addition to repairs they also sell espresso machines and the grinders.

I am extremely pleased with the result and if I ever need to replace my machine I would buy from them.
