After buying a Niche Zero, I needed to buy a new coffee machine to replace the BaristaBrew. I went to their site and Mark gave me a thorough review on the machine that caught my eye (Rancilio Silvia Pro X). Their price was comparable to other sites, but the bottomless portafilter was actually cheaper. Plus free shipping? Good deal. Thanks Chris' Coffee.

We bought over $7000 worth of equipment from this store and technical support is minimal and even if the item is faulty or doesn't work they don't accept returns or send you another machine. So as a small business owner I am without a coffeee machine and out $7000 dollars with no refund or another machine. Huge disappointment. Won't recommend to anyone.
