I ordered spare parts for our La Speziale espresso machine and accidentally used the wrong shipping address. They corrected my error and had things shipped out the next day! Excellent service, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
I ordered a spare part for my Lelit espresso machine. It arrived quickly but couldn’t get it to work and fix the steam leak I was having. Tim was exceptionally responsive and without hesitation, shipped a warranty replacement along with a helpful video. This is a high integrity and customer first business. Keep it up!
