I was throughly disappointed with my families experience to this location. We were greeted with attitude from the person while purchasing our play pass, being interrupted mid-sentence and just plain ignored.
While I had waited 15 minutes, I overheard another employee tell someone that the systems were reset, not that I was told standing right next to the register. The person just ignored me.

My son has been obsessing over Chuck E. Cheese for a while. We were finally able to surprise him, and you did not disappoint. Your employee, Kayla, was phenomenal! And lucky for us, minutes after we walked in, we were greeted by Chuck himself. It's safe to say that my son had a blast! Thank you Latham Chuck E. Cheese for an amazing afternoon 💜

The staff has always been accommodating. Mekkhi was wonderful, friendly, patient, and professional. Unfortunately, the manager on duty was not. When food came out wrong, she attempted to charge for a new one. When pointed out, she became irritated and spoke unprofessionally. This experience was deeply disappointing, and customers expect respectful and professional service.
