First impressions weren't great, trash everywhere outside. Enough trash to know it's an issue that hasn't been taken care of in a while. Whatever, not a huge deal overall. My daughter is three years old and gets discouraged easily, it's something me and her mother have worked hard to correct but kids are kids. We'll, our kid loves trampolines just like every other kid. We got to the trampoline, we take her shoes off and she goes to walk up the steps and the employee thought it was appropriate to put her hand in my child's face to prevent her from going on the trampoline. We didn't know it cost $5 to use it so that's partially our fault, but putting your hand in a child's face is wildly inappropriate. So, we pay for her to go the trampoline. My daughter was scared to even go back up the stairs to the trampoline because she thought she was going to be to get stopped, we had to encourage her that everything was okay. She finally gets up there and is bouncing around for one minute at most and the employee tells everyone to get off for some reason. All the kids line back up and as she goes up the stairs it happens again, this lunatic stops my daughter by putting her hand in her face. At this point my kid wants nothing to do with anything at this place so we decided to pack it up and leave. Very unpleasant experience and some people don't have enough common sense to work around children.

My daughter pa8d for the ultimate birthday party package at $36.99 per child. There were several things that were supposed to be included that we never received. We never received goody bags for the children, the 500 bonus E-tickets per child, and the birthday girl never received her collectable tote bage. Our dedicated party host was visibly annoyed with how we were seated as she wanted all of us to sit squished at two small tables but there was no way we would fit. Our dedicated party host also threw away three of the collectable cups with unlimited lifetime refills right after my daughter asked her not to. The experience was just unpleasant and we will not be returning.

We waited 20 minutes at the door then rudely got told we had to wait til she’s done, all 3 females had attitudes and literally left us at the front for another 15 minutes. I’ve been here so many times growing up and it’s just not at all what it used to be. The pizza when we finally got it almost an hour after being here was cold, and had a hair in it which I feel like was done intentionally. This is by far the worst place to bring your kid now a days. Wow.

It was our first visit ever, well besides when I was a kid, and I was pleasantly surprised. We went for the homeschool day, a monthly event which I hope will catch on as there were only a couple other kids there. They had a great variety of games and honestly had a lot more than I expected! We didn't get food, so can't speak on that although the salad bar looked nice and fresh, but the entire time we were there the manager was walking around, checking machines and making sure everything was working. That's rare to see these days honestly.

We just left this place and there was NO employees to be found. And I mean NONE. I had to yell at the ticket counter and a lady came out, didn't even greet us just held her hand out for my kids cards and didn't acknowledge them or us. She had her head in her phone meanwhile another employee saw us at went in the back with a bag of food also ignoring us. Completely rude and unprofessional.
