Better than last time we visited. But the food is waaay over priced. What would be a small pizza (they considered it a medium) 2 orders of wings (small wing dings) and drinks was almost $80?! Ridiculous!!

Food is better than expected. Activity selection was better than expected. So I guess either keep your expectations low or know what to expect. 😁 Overall everything was great. Kids had fun and that's all that matters. Definitely going back. We got the summer pass.

We’ve been coming to Chuck E. Cheese for years, and while mistakes happen from time to time, the staff has always been accommodating — until today. I want to start by saying Mekkhi was wonderful. He took our order and was friendly, patient, and professional throughout.

Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the manager on duty, Ida. When our food came out, it was completely wrong — we had ordered an XL pepperoni pizza with no garlic crust and no sauce, and instead received a large cheese pizza. While it’s not the first time our order has been incorrect, in the past, staff has always been happy to fix it without issue.

However, Ida handled the situation in an incredibly unprofessional and frankly shocking manner. Instead of offering to remake the pizza, she attempted to charge us for a new one — despite the mistake being on their end. When we pointed that out, she became visibly irritated and sarcastically said, “So take back this cheese pizza then.” I was stunned. Who speaks to a customer like that — especially in a family environment and given how expensive it is to dine here?

I’m appalled by her attitude and lack of basic customer service. This experience was deeply disappointing, and I do intend to contact Chuck E. Cheese corporate to file a formal complaint about how this was handled. Families spend their hard-earned money here to give their kids a good time — the least we should receive in return is respectful and professional service.

I had a really bad experience at Chuck E. Cheese last night. First, our food order was wrong, and when we tried to tell the worker, they refused to fix it or even be polite about it. Around 13 hours later, both me and my best friend had stomach aches and felt super sick — and that was the only thing we had eaten in common.

Also, the whole place just didn’t feel the same. The atmosphere was kind of off, and the employees weren’t as friendly or helpful as they used to be. Last year, the workers were so nice and seemed smart and on top of things, but now it felt like no one really cared. It was disappointing because we used to love going there, but I honestly don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon.

I was throughly disappointed with my families experience to this location. We were greeted with attitude from the person while purchasing our play pass, being interrupted mid-sentence and just plain ignored. While I had waited 15 minutes, I overheard another employee tell someone that the systems were reset, not that I was told standing right next to the register. The person just ignored me. My son was grabbed by the staff for jumping while I was in line to get the pass. Several family members tried to explain his sensory needs and that I was purchasing the pass. Just all around not a good experience and will not be back.

how about instead of saying we’re bummed, or sorry to hear about poor experiences you commit to actually providing better services and experiences. You’re only truly sorry if you follow through with improving the reported issues. Words without actions are meaningless.

The pizza is what you expect but the atmosphere is amazing for a kid and that's the really reason you come here.

I took my 4 year old cousin here, he loves it! Staff are really great too, they look out for my cousin often and he loves to see Chuck e cheese! Pizza tastes excellent! Cake is great too. Atmosphere is safe, fun, and friendly. Recommended (expensive though)
