I came in between 4 and 5pm with my husband. We are frequent visitors of the Latham location. When we were being cashed out, we were abruptly interrupted when a older male (assuming their boss) came from the back and started (quite rudely) yelling at the employees working the front. It was quite unappetizing to see them being spoken to in that manner, especially in front of customers. The friendly employees are one of the main reasons my husband and I favor this location. I am quite surprised they did not quit on the spot. I gave them a sympathetic look before putting money in one of the tip jars.

Good food Chaotic everything else, frequently have issues with pick ups and deliveries from here, have had other people pick up my orders multiple times. They do not have a good system in check to see that this does not happen and when an order is +$70 it’s frustrating to get it stolen multiple times.

Do not come here if you are on a time limit! They are never fully staffed! I have waited 20 minutes with only 3 people in line! The staffing needs to be re-evaluated. People come here on their lunch break and when you have only 1 person doing all the orders, it's a problem. Do better!

Came in when the forecasted pickup time was. They saw me coming and fled the pickup station~ Employees didn’t acknowledge me, avoided station, and complained about having to begin preparing the order before I could say anything. Flies buzzing around made it difficult and realized it’s because theirs two old empty drink dispensers and a moldy sweet tea.

If I could give a negative star I would. Went in on my 30min lunch break, stood there for 20min with one person in front of me. Watched the cook cut up a bunch of steak, took half the portion for my food and then proceeds to throw another half of it away. There were about 4 workers there btw, everyone looked like they had 30min of training and then got thrown in the fire. Very, very disappointing, if I’m paying over $10 for lunch I expect better service this is ridiculous.
ordered this thru the app for lunch for delivery, the order was quick hot and accurate. everything was super good and i enjoyed it! I personally find that some days the potato’s aren’t as toasty- but they’re always good and flavorful. I would personally return to this location over the other one in the general area. TY:)

i love howe nobody wants to talk about the pay I saw on indeed they offered starting pay $9 an hour but they say we pay above minimum wage minimum wage in New York state is 16.50
the food in the atmosphere isn't that great Bland it looks like something I can just pull out of my own garden the whole atmosphere in scenery and how the business model looks and operate is basically just a giant rip-off of Moe's and Moses way better
when it comes to cleanliness presentation atmosphere respect and taste and price Moses way better I well never eat here again the people here are rude & stock up
