Worst dominos to order from. Ordered online, extra sauce and extra cheese in my pizzas. When I got there I had to wait an extra 15 minutes which is fine but the workers seemed very unorganized.
Grabbed my pizza after the wait, got home, the pizza was dry, barely had any sauce and no extra cheese.

The Pan Specialty Meatza Pizza was unbelievably excellent! But the hand tossed Wisconsin 6 cheese specialty pizza was dry, no cheesey stretch at all, and just terrible!!! The recipe for that pizza is terribly flawed, I wouldn't suggest that one, The service was fantastic, and everything was great, Domino's just needs to rethink the recipe on that Wisconsin 6 cheese!!! Way too dry, way too herby with weird seasonings right on top of the dry cheese on a pizza.. weird and not good.

Absolutely the worst Domino’s, by far. If you order online and carry out, be prepared to be waiting, even after the app says it’s ready. Why? Because they always forget something. The past few times, that’s always the case. Either don’t take online orders or get them right when you do. It can’t be that hard to do. No worries though, I won’t be returning.

Ordered Parmesan garlic wings and got plain wings smothered in ranch. When the delivery driver delivered the new wings, she left the box on the floor and didn’t bother to ring the doorbell or call to let me know they arrived then had an attitude when I called about it. Never ordering from this place again.

Orders three pizzas all three were special kind and out of three we only liked one!! Two others were over cooked and were cold when we received! When I spoke to an associate and asked for Manager or Supervisor she said no one there at that moment and she didn’t know what to do!She was offering me redelivery but my kids were hungry and they started eating already . Overall poor customer service and satisfaction.

Delivery times are hit and miss, couple times I placed an online order and they totally forgot about it. Food consistent for the most part, new Mac n cheese is pretty good
This is probably the best dominos in the Troy Albany area, even despite living literally 3 minutes from the dominos in Troy I'd much rather go here for pizza. They never skimp on toppings and you'll likely get your pizza within 15 minutes of ordering (which given it's 15 minutes from me is perfect).

Horrible and I’m a neighbor! No surprise at 3.6 Ave review score….horrible! Habib doesn’t want to take my order. We called 8 times were on hold for 2 hours on 2 phone lines and told him we want no specials!!! Ouchy!!! Wow, thank you neighbor! We went to Legends and others and were treated with respect and dignity ALL AT A LOWER PRICE AND BEYTET FOOD AND SPECIALS! Thx dominos!!!!

I ordered uncut pizza online, when I reached to pickup the pizza it was cut. When I asked about it , the salesperson and the manager were saying that you have to cut it at home so we cut it here. And it will take few minutes to make new. They don’t care about the time of the customer or service. No even ready time admit the mistake.
