I have no complaints with this location, I got a wrong order once and didn't notice till i got home, sent out a case to corporate and the owner was so courteous that he sent me a certificate for free pizza. This has been the most consistently good dominos i have ever ordered from!
Also some advice: if you're ordering online and something don't look right, like the progress bar getting stuck at initial, call by phone. Otherwise you will end up waiting and then realize your order never got placed because Domino's crappy website sometimes has server issues.

Ordered online/delivery. By the time the food got here, it was cold making me think it wasn’t in one of those hot food bags they usually keep the pizza in. Not only that but half of my order was missing, and the delivery driver was arrogant.

Took over an hour to deliver a pizza and cheesy bread that I ordered hours ahead of time. Called on the phone to check on it and each time the person on the phone sounded like he couldn't care less. Food of course was cold and hard as a rock. Wish the app would let me switch to the Troy location because they were always on point . Ever since it put out location as Latham our orders have been lackluster.

Changing my review after ordering from this place again. The only change seem to be sizes of thing. The pizzas had less toppings, thinner crust and just tasted worse, the brownies are half the thickness they were the last time I ordered them. I'm disappointed I cant give zero stars.

I have ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni and few other veggie toppings. I picked up the order... Came home... Opened the box... And saw there were all the toppings except for pepperoni!!!

Terrible customer service. I placed an online order that was set to be delivered in 30 min. After waiting a little over an hour I called and the women said they were short staffed and very busy but my food should arrive within 30min. I waited another 45 minutes and tried calling twice and was left on hold for a total of 20min. I went to th store to see if I could just pick the order up and was told the district manager cancelled all deliveries. I asked why I was notified and the women at counter said it's not up to her, it's the district manager. I wouldn't order from this location again - an absolute terrible experience with zero acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused to customers.

Placed an order for pickup. The online tracker was stuck in the initial position , assumed it was glitch in the app. Called the store, no one picked up. After an hour later drive to the store…. Bro They didn’t even start with my order yet, instead the workers are smoking Marijuana outside chatting with each other. Bro this place is the worst. Don’t order from here.

The food I ordered as a replacement has been here for over 30 minutes. I leave for work in less than 10 minutes, so I can’t even save it for another time. I have already escalated this to corporate in addition to disputing the pending charges. Just buy real food. Lesson learned.

Philly cheesesteak pizza is decent. Buffalo chicken pizza has a scarce amount of meat on it. It was ready for pickup in about 20 minutes after I placed an online order --- Fast.
