Please turn online order. Expect to pick it up within 30 seconds when there got stuck in a line for 40 minutes. I would suggest if you in a hurry do not come to this place service sucks management sucks. You can’t have one person work overnight and when it comes early in the morning, there is no help. I give this place a one star for everything because waiting 20 minutes just to pick up a cup of tea and you can’t even cancel your order when you’re in the line or you can’t leave the line. It’s just very frustrating these days. Dunkin’ Donuts don’t even have good customer service so I will stay away from this place.

Extremely rude employees. I went in not that long ago and the drive-thru man closed the window in my face while I was still talking. Looked like in a very bad mood. Tried saying have a good day after and he closed the window in my face again. Had to unlock my card because I had forgotten that It was locked and the guy gave me a unpleasant look. Horrible costumer service!

Cashier decided to go off into lala-land while making 2 drinks, Meanwhile , the two cars behind us had their orders ready. The woman who was clearly the head cashier or the manager had to remind Bella, that I was waiting for my drinks. Everytime I come here it’s the same with this young lady, no problems here with anyone else and I’ve come to this location for years.

This Dunkin' has the rudest employees. When we went there tonight at 10:30 and ordered coffee, they gave us the wrong order something we didn’t even ask for. When we asked them about it, they got angry. Instead of apologizing, they told us that we should say 'sorry' and 'thank you.' After that, while making the coffee, the coffee spilled, and the cups got dirty. They took the spilled coffee and gave us the same, dirty cup

9/27/24 The managers are rude shut the store down all Caucasian women. what happened to the nice Indian people ? they had much more respect then these people here. smh sad heading to work and have to deal with such nonsense first thing in the morning.
