Cashier decided to go off into lala-land while making 2 drinks, Meanwhile , the two cars behind us had their orders ready. The woman who was clearly the head cashier or the manager had to remind Bella, that I was waiting for my drinks. Everytime I come here it’s the same with this young lady, no problems here with anyone else and I’ve come to this location for years.

i get to the drive through, and tell the guy that I need a second. After 1 min and 30 seconds the guy tells me, “hurry up and order im tryna get outta here y’all just goofing around.” keep in mind there was nobody in the drive through and it’s a 24 hr dunkin location. this guy was just miserable and hated his life. I can tell why hes in the situation he’s in. Somebody fire this man asap.

This Dunkin' has the rudest employees. When we went there tonight at 10:30 and ordered coffee, they gave us the wrong order something we didn’t even ask for. When we asked them about it, they got angry. Instead of apologizing, they told us that we should say 'sorry' and 'thank you.' After that, while making the coffee, the coffee spilled, and the cups got dirty. They took the spilled coffee and gave us the same, dirty cup

9/27/24 The managers are rude shut the store down all Caucasian women. what happened to the nice Indian people ? they had much more respect then these people here. smh sad heading to work and have to deal with such nonsense first thing in the morning.

I know people work out really hard for their job. This place is open at night for coffee its a good thing but the coffee that the lady makes at tuesday night shift is terrible. I never thought dunkin could taste like this. Please they need to fix how she makes the drinks.

every single time we go there in the afternoon the all male staff are some of the most rude and disrespectful people i’ve ever encountered in a dunkin. The only one who was nice was the person who worked the front counter. The manager goes out of his way to be rude even when the situation has nothing to do with him, we get handed COLD sausage and ask them to make us a new one and the manager tells him to put our food with a bite taken out of it in the oven, the oven that other peoples food touches. Literally disgusting 🤮

Visit today at 11:20 am Thursday 08/29/24 I love to visit here most of the staff is good there is a black American girl is there my wife explain her order that don't put any bacon in the sandwich once the order came up my wife saw she put bacon inside her sandwich she said why you put that bacon ? in my sandwich she answered that just throw the bacon and eat sandwich i am just concerned that if someone have allergic to bacon that what they told there customer if you dont like to work in dunking leave the job and worst part is this they dont give her a new sandwich and plus they charge for the order. I dont know if these companies take action on their employees or not, but these are the people's who let the customers don't come to this location. we just love to pay by hours without working.
