Today, Mothers Day. Stop in at 11:30 am. I wanted muffins for mothers day. In the case they had only four, they looked dry and stale. Actually, the whole case was disgusting. I asked if they had any other muffins. She went over by the drive up and found a few. I was not thrilled . I bought a couple and home I went. They were not fresh and very stale. I don't get it. Sunday and Mothers Day. Your loss.

I have been going to Dunkin for years now, and I get frozen drinks all the time when I go. I have gone to plenty of different Dunkin Donuts, including this one, and I have never been charged for whip cream on a frozen drink that comes with it, up until today. From experience, I typically have to say âno whip creamâ if I donât want it, because it comes on the frozen drinks. Or I usually am asked âwould you like that with or without whipped creamâ. Once I mentioned them being with whip cream, he put extra charges on there. I asked the guy why I was being charged for whip cream on a drink that Iâm already paying for that comes with it, and he said âother Dunkinâs do it they want us to start too.â âItâs their rules.â âYou can complain if you want.â Oh, and I will starting with this review, cause letâs be honest, you didnât want to actually do your job and you were being lazy. There was no one there/ordering prior to me arriving and because a customer actually pulled up to the drive through to make an order, and the order included frozen drinks, you felt the need to disrespectfully charge me more for drinks Iâm already paying $4-$5 for. On the receipt next to the added charge, it does not say whipped cream, it says âFor local itemâ, but then again, on the same receipt, there is no charge next to the âwhipped creamâ additive? Because it comes with it. And I typically donât complain about charges that seem so minimal, but when I am already paying for it, and youâre playing in my face about it, yes, I am going to âcomplainâ. Cause since when? lol. I guess some people canât even handle taking orders. I get you might not wanna be there, but thatâs really not my, or any other customers, problem. We still have to pay for what weâre ordering whether you want to be there or not.

Got the coffee special they are the only one left that still do it 3 bags for 20 and vanilla cream donuts they always have some excellent customer service very fast efficient friendly helpful staff very clean very good variety of pastries sandwiches they got a big menu and coffee selections it is the best
