I've visited this location four times in the last month. The first visit was in late October when I ordered a small hot potion macchiato. When I received my drink, it was cold and only half full. When I requested another to be made, I was given a hot one but had to wait an additional five minutes.
During my second visit, I ordered an iced signature holiday cookie latte. However, after I drove away, I realized they had given me an iced coffee with milk, topped with whipped cream and cookie crumble to make it look like a latte. As a barista, I can easily tell the difference. This mix-up occurred two more times with the holiday cookie latte at this location, which makes me think they're doing this on purpose.
I started to worry that I was going insane until I ordered the latte at the Dunkin' on 667 New Loudon Rd, and it tasted amazing. Please, for the love of God, don’t waste your money here.

I don't know why I keep going back to this place they can't even get simple instructions correct . As you can see in the pic there is a egg patty , look next to the egg patty on the recpit . It says NO EGG but there is a egg on this sandwich. But they want min wage raised , you can't even make a simple sandwich correct. Also the coffee had bad creamer in it, not sure how they couldn't see it . Brain dead ppl working there. Bad staff bad management, overall just bad !!!!!!
