I visit this Dunkin’ location frequently and always receive great service. The staff are extremely friendly and service is always very quick in the drive through. I have never had an issue with any of my orders here. The prices at this Dunkin’ are very fair and I find them to be cheaper than alternative locations nearby. Highly recommend!

Quality way down. Prices WAY up. I still used to go to this shop specifically bc the staff was nice and they got the orders correct. Not the case anymore. Staff is rude, quality of service has gone way down. Plenty of places for an overpriced cup of coffee and small, stale, overpriced donuts.

I worked here they prepare your food in the back and it’s sitting on racks as they clean around it all types of dust and cleaning supplies can contaminate the food on top of the weak ass crew they have there they manager Courtney is very rude disgusting and was by far one of the worst managers I ever had in my life she talk to people like they beneath her and is very disrespectful she gossips about everyone at the store on top of being the worst manager to ever manage a store

As far as Dunkin goes, this shop is better than many. Staff that actually tries to be pleasant and efficient is appreciated. Parking can get hairy, so drive thru may be wise.

I've visited this location four times in the last month. The first visit was in late October when I ordered a small hot potion macchiato. When I received my drink, it was cold and only half full. When I requested another to be made, I was given a hot one but had to wait an additional five minutes.
During my second visit, I ordered an iced signature holiday cookie latte. However, after I drove away, I realized they had given me an iced coffee with milk, topped with whipped cream and cookie crumble to make it look like a latte. As a barista, I can easily tell the difference. This mix-up occurred two more times with the holiday cookie latte at this location, which makes me think they're doing this on purpose.
I started to worry that I was going insane until I ordered the latte at the Dunkin' on 667 New Loudon Rd, and it tasted amazing. Please, for the love of God, don’t waste your money here.
