Visiting and I wanted something good. This hit the spot. Huge portion of carnitas Mexicanas, and basically all meat. The flavor was deep and rich. I wouldn't call it spicy, but seasoned perfectly. Service was super fast and very friendly. This is a winner!

My girlfriend and I decided to come here for brunch. The atmosphere here is gorgeous! We sat outside and it was a perfect day to have brunch on the patio! The service was outstanding. I think our server's name was Jennifer and she was fantastic. However, I'm only giving it four stars for two reasons. One is I did not care for the breakfast potatoes. And two the shrimp cocktail needed salt. It tasted as though they just boiled the shrimp and water. At least put salt in the water to give the shrimp some flavor. The sticky buns were wonderful. My eggs Benedict were cooked to perfection. My spicy margarita was not spicy so that's another reason why I took off a star. Jennifer did take it back and they remade it for me, but it still was not spicy. I like to fill that tickle in your throat when you have a spicy margarita and it still did not have that. Overall, it was a great experience, but those three things made me give it four out of five stars.

It was Valentine's Day so expectedly busy and to capacity. I made reservations well in advance. We don't get to eat out as much as we would like given having small children so we were excited for a night out. I requested inside seating and even confirmed a couple days in advance when they called me. We were seating “inside” but right next to the big windows open so it was really outside. I get cold easily so that was not great. The drink I ordered was wrong twice, I had to wait 15 mins in between each because it was busy so it took a long time to finally get drinks that worked. The food was great as always but the both our menu choices were specials and well over a $100 each for the entrees. It was good but the value of the meals (sea bass and a filet) were not in the ballpark for price. Overall, a let down for service level and experience.

El Charro had great food and excellent service. Doesn't matter what time you go, lunch or dinner rush is handled quickly and the staff communicate how long an order will take. The warm chips and salsa they bring you as soon as you sit down are fabulous.
The restrooms are clean. The bar is a great looking space.
The restaurant is kid friendly, they put families in areas which don't interrupt the sports game viewers at the bar or the party room.

I like their new streamlined menu, which distinguishes them from the many of the overwhelming Mexican restaurants. However, the tres leches desert was not the best.
