The man that was the waiter for the table right infront of the glass Window view table at the front 7:20pm on June 27,2025 was not having a good day. We waited 25 minutes for our food order to Arrive and the chips came all broken up. The man waiter service showed when he brought the drinks out for the table of six. The man waiter did not provide straws he missed two of us who actually ordered alcohol beverage we had to wait for the man waiter to return to ask for the missed straws. Then we ordered wings with French Fries the man waiter said we do not have wings plain. He suggested if we wanted wings to order Habiniero wings we said yes that is fine. When the food arrived the wings came Plain with No Fries. And my Niece who was visiting from Williams Burg Brooklyn her burrito came with chicken she had ordered Beef. I feel if your a waiter and your having a bad day or are feeling overwhelm take a break or don't come in to work. It really shows in the service and expressions on waiters face. This is our town local Mexican restaurant we always come here. We usually get the Ladies waitresses with a smile and great service. June 27,2025 we did not have our usual great service. We will return because the chefs are Amazing with their food palette and flavors are Amazing. The drinks too are Amazing.

We went there for lunch and had the spicy pork carnitas. The meal came with salsa and chips which were excellent. We have been coming here for years but because we moved, it's been awhile. Everything was prepared perfectly.

I came in from out of town for work and decided to come here. I’m Glad I did the service was great the bartender Isabella is amazing super sweet and runs her butt off ! She was making drink after drink and never ignored her other customers at the same time. I came in because I wanted somewhere to watch the football game. I ordered the “Chori Pollo “ lunch portion and it was more than enough the chicken could be seasoned a tad more but overall I give it an 8/10 I added bell peppers and it sealed the deal for me ! The rice was cooked perfectly. I paired it with “Cantartio Loco “ which is a casimagos and grapefruit drink and she made it perfectly. The pricing is decent I will definitely be coming back here again !

It is never appealing to the order from here. They make it very difficult not to take order over the phone only online. It is very inconvenient and they take forever to make the food and long wait time.

I really like El Charro. The meats and spices are on point and the service is generally pretty quick.
The Grande Burrito is incredible. Tasty and the steak was cooked to perfection. Also had the Veggie Fajita that was equally incredibly good. Highly recommended.

I love El Charro! Mayela, Will, and Carlos are always so great to me along with all the other staff members. The pollo chipotle is my favorite on the menu but the other dishes are great as well! Service is great and everyone is so friendly. Definitely my favorite mexican restaurant in the area. Margaritas are perfect and the take out never disappoints.
