Unlike other Five Guys locations, this one does not include the typical extra fries in the bottom of the bag. You only receive what fills the cup. At these prices, it feels stingy and not in line with the usual Five Guys experience.

This used to be a good place to go to — the employees were friendly and their uniforms were always clean. Not so much anymore. The staff is rude, their shirts are dirty, and honestly their appearance usually reflects how they prepare the food.

Prices went up, quality dropped all the way down like a dead bird to the ground.. burned fries, each one I bite into just crisps away in my mouth with a burned taste barely any soft potato. Gave me an outrageously priced $17 burger with Wilty lettuce turning brown and soggy pickles… I lost a little bit more faith in the world today. Edit: went back to complain about it After I got all the way home and they fixed it So thanks, but still come on now. I’ll be going to BK next time for a whopper instead after this experience

I ordered on Uber Eats from the Niskayuna location and it was great. Then I ordered from the Latham location and it seemed like my order was ready for about 45 minutes before an Uber Eats driver picked it up. The burgers were totally soggy and a big mess. The roll was all soggy. They should coordinate the time the food is ready with the location of the driver so the food isn’t just sitting there getting soggy.
