I ordered on Uber Eats from the Niskayuna location and it was great. Then I ordered from the Latham location and it seemed like my order was ready for about 45 minutes before an Uber Eats driver picked it up. The burgers were totally soggy and a big mess. The roll was all soggy. They should coordinate the time the food is ready with the location of the driver so the food isn’t just sitting there getting soggy.

This Five Guys location is decent. I love the customizable toppings that are available. And the fries, they give you a lot. There is no table service, but the counter staff was friendly. It has gotten kind of expensive, but still worth it every now and then.

Tonight I order two cheeseburgers and a large fry and the burgers where delish but my fries where definitely overcooked first time this has happened to me v sad must be a new or careless cook but make sure check your fries before leaving or you will end up like me

It's been a while since I have grabbed a burger here, but it never disappoints. I got 6 different burgers and each one was perfect and the fries were perfectly salty and crispy. They had a trainee so it wasn't as quick as it could have been, but it wasn't due to lack of effort so I wasn't bothered. We were greeted with smiles and the staff seemed to be supportive of eachother
Vegetarian options: It's a burger place, can't expect too many vegetarian options unless you just order fries and toppings

Took my wife there for a lunch date. Spontaneous I wanted a burger but not from normal fast food garbage. I was very impressed with overall experience at this Five Guys. (2nd time here as I live about an hour away) staff was on point and the burger was my top 3 I ever ate! I am in my 50s and a burger guy and that burger was incredible! I didn't see one staff member that wasn't busy. The peanuts were on point as well. I will definitely make a point to come to this Five Guys more! Fries were on point as well..
Parking: Parking is rough due to it being g part of a plaza. So parking in front of the restaurant can sometimes be difficult.

the staff working today 8/28 @ 630pm are so unbelievably unprofessional. The woman with the very long fake braids is just making so much unnecessary noise and screaming and making racially charged remarks and noises i couldn’t even believe it.
