Best bagel shop in Latham. They make a set number of bagels and once they’re out, they’re out. No such thing as a day-old bagel. You’re getting them fresh. Vegetarian friendly. Their deli case options are amazing.
I am a bagel snob. It isnt that the food is bad. I got sliced nova lox on a bagel. The lox was good, but the bagel was average. Too soft of the outside which made it not much of a ny style bagel. I would go back but probably search for other bagel spots in the albany area firat while i am here for work.
I think these could be great bagels if they’d only allow the dough time to proof. Such a waste to have the dough shipped from downstate only for the bagels to be underproofed, making them nothing like downstate bagels. I live close and I lament having to drive past to go to uncommon grounds for a bagel!
I don’t go here often as a bagel is something I consider a treat, but they are always delicious, and the service is always nice which I appreciate. I usually just get a couple to take home, but I got a toasted everything with jalapeño cream cheese today, and it hit the spot. Plus their bagels are only $1.50 a pop; not up on bagel
prices, but a nice bakery in Troy now charges $3 for ONE bagel, so you know where I’ll be purchasing from here on out! Sidenote: they get their bagels from a place called A&S on Long Island in case you were wonderin
The beagle sandwich was amazing. The French toast bagel was very good as was the jalapeno cheddar one.
Great Place! Friendly staff!
I used to love this place. They seriously cut back on cream cheese which I understand because of inflation but they charged me 70 cents for extra cream cheese and it was less than normal. Place is going downhill fast.
Breakfast bagels hit the spot. Took extras for the road. Efficient and courteous.
Cool place with a very productive staff
I ordered 2 Eggs, Meat, Toast & Homefries, and a Hot Pastrami Sandwich, and the experience was terrible. The eggs smelled bad, the potatoes tasted nasty, the bacon wasn’t fresh, the toast was burnt, and the sandwich was soggy and gross. It’s obvious they use the cheapest, lowest-quality ingredients to make their food. The staff were not welcoming or helpful. To make matters worse, I was denied a refund for this inedible meal. Stay away if you want good-quality food—this isn’t the place for you. I’m never going back.
Edit: It’s disappointing to see your response. To clarify, I was there to pick up my food 15 minutes after Mealeo notified me it was ready, so timeliness wasn’t the issue. I didn’t even mention that the food was cold, so it’s ridiculous that you’re trying to put words in my mouth. Even if the food had sat there for 2 hours, that wouldn’t make the toast burnt, the eggs smell bad, or the bacon unchewable. I told Mealeo I wanted them to resolve the issue because I ordered through their platform—not that I contacted you directly. Your attempt to shift blame is unprofessional. The fact remains that the food was of poor quality, and your response just reinforces my negative experience.

I drive 35 miles, maybe 3 to 4 times a month, to order food from here. The food is OUTSTANDING, and every other time but today 12/26 the customer service has been OUTSTANDING also. But the experience I had today has forced me to NEVER spend another dime in this establishment. I'm not sure if the young lady was overwhelmed because of the holidays, but her treatment was unacceptable. To walk off saying what she said (which I won't repeat) was very unprofessional, and enough for me to never visit again. This post isn't to deter anyone from being a customer because the food is AMAZING, and every other time, the Customer Service was too, but I have zero tolerance for the way this lady treated me.

I had gotten their egg everything bagels recently from a coworker and was excited to go to their shop and have them again. We got there at 9:30 and they had 5 egg everything left. We asked to take them and the store owner/manager said we couldn’t have them all because she needed them for the shop. We then took a few of those and tried to take the rest of their everything bagels and she denied us again from taking the last 3 of those. I was so caught off guard because as a customer I’ve never been told I can’t buy the last of something and was denied the service. She continued to say that was all the dough they had for the day and needed to keep bagels to have in the shop. It’s not my issue they didn’t make more dough or that they were selling out of bagels. Either way I was a paying customer and was going to give them service. The fact they denied me of buying their last bagels was crazy. The attitude was also awful from the store owner,so rude to us and the girls working for her. The girls at the front were very kind and you could tell they felt bad telling us we couldn’t buy them only because the owner was yelling at them. Never experienced being told as a customer I can’t buy something only so they can keep them in the shop for other customers? Overall, bagels were very good but will not be going back after being denied the ability to buy the bagels I wanted.
Everything is so yummy. Bagels are the best

The bagels and cream cheese are really great. The restaurant can be kind of loud, but is worth it.
