Despite the name, they don't actually sell bagels. They do sell nearly inedible circle bread. And the dining room itself was filthy - food splattered on the walls, TV, and children's paintings they were hawking. I'm shocked the place is so highly reviewed, maybe they've recently gone downhill.

We wanted an actual Bagel Shop, rather than some corporate place. We noticed they also had seating and were serving breakfast. So we stayed. My wife had the Short Stack Pancakes, and I had the 2 eggs, with meat, and Homefries. The food came out within minutes. Large portions! Everything seasoned and tasted great. Took a couple dozen bagels (13 baker's dozen) to bring back to Orlando, Florida. Will definitely be our stop before going back the next time we come.

Not sure how this place has a 4.5 rating maybe I just came on an off day. I ordered toasted bagels with cream cheese to go, but when I got to my car, I noticed one of them wasn't even toasted. The cream cheese had a strange, funky taste, almost like it had been sitting out too long or was past its prime. The bagel itself was just average and seemed a bit stale.
As someone from New England, I know a good bagel when I taste one this wasn't it.
If you're looking for a great breakfast spot in the area, I recommend On the Hill Cafe. Their food is delicious, classic diner style mom and pop.
This little shop is serving up great bagels and great pastries. The eclair was to die for 🤤 I definitely want to come back and try more bagel flavors! The jalapeno cream cheese was so good.

Clean and friendly atmosphere ! I wish they would update online ordering where you can select what type of bagel you want for a breakfast sandwich. The breakfast sandwich on the croissant was very greasy and the bacon was soggy. However, it is was labor day weekend and was incredibly busy.
