We both had the steak n cheese. She added lettuce, tomatoes, mayo. I kept it with the peppers and onions only. Both were delicious. Only downside, we asked for plastic utensils, which they said they did not have. Second time here and the subs have been on point both times. Will return.

No matter how many people are in the store it always takes a while to get your food. There are only two sub making stations and one is dedicated to online orders. So it gets backed up very quickly. Also, it seems like a lot of staff stand around and do nothing.

What's the point of ordering online so it's ready when you come? They make no attempt to make your order while you stand there and wait while they continue to make walk in orders. Not friendly at all. Somebody needs to manage this place properly. I don't think this is how the founder expects this to operate. I'd suggest ordering from a local small business instead. I also while I stood there thinking about canceling my order watched as they went to the gluten free area and spread the mayo on regular bread. Why offer gluten free?????

I like Jersey Mike's a lot. I wish I could remember the guy who made my sandwich. He had excellent customer service skills, was funny, and he let me know when I ordered anything extra that the cost would be extra as well. The only complaint that I have is how they leave the bacon on the counter. The workers can cough, flies landing on the bacon, and God only knows how long the bacon has been sitting out. I know you want to be fast and get the order done in a timely manner. Bacon sitting on the counter should be a Big No. Just being honest 😊

I have no words for how consistently poor this location is. After my first few visits I learned to show up a minimum of 30 minutes past pick up time. The owner of this location should be ashamed. There is busy, and then there's negligence and there is no question where this location falls.

I watched the girl put three pieces of chicken on the grill, touching it completely with her hands…then grab a piece of bread to cut without changing her gloves..disgusting…then touched two other cold subs that were waiting to be sprinkled to move them out of her way..someone is going to get sick.

Placed an order online at around 5:40, said ready in 15 mins. Didn’t end up getting there until 6:15. They haven’t even started my hot sub yet, while my wife’s cold sub was done. Asked about the order and they just said it wasn’t ready yet. Waited another 30 mins in store which was over an hour after we ordered and they still haven’t gotten to it. The girl on the grill was moving like a sloth and doing one hot sub at a time and taking forever to make anything. By this time, the girl at the register finally switched out and made my sub. The bread was hard as a rock and inedible. Seemed like no one in there cared at all. They had about 10 people waiting for their subs by the time we left. A table in there said they waited over an hour for their subs as well. Owner of this one needs to make some changes because that’s ridiculous.
