I like Jersey Mike's a lot. I wish I could remember the guy who made my sandwich. He had excellent customer service skills, was funny, and he let me know when I ordered anything extra that the cost would be extra as well. The only complaint that I have is how they leave the bacon on the counter. The workers can cough, flies landing on the bacon, and God only knows how long the bacon has been sitting out. I know you

Staff was slammed with orders but they held it together like a team and it made me happy to see. Nobody was overwhelmed and the sandwiches still came out right on time. If you’re in the area I would order inside rather than online because you’re going to wait either way since they make everything hot and fresh!

Subs are amazing! Best sub and rolls in Latham in my opinion. However, sometimes there is quite a long line and since everyone's meat is cut to order it takes a while to get in and out. Even though it takes a while sometimes to go through the line it takes even longer to order pickup. They seem to take care of several customers before addressing an online order, then back to a couple more in-house customers before tackling the next online order. You can imagine how long this...
