You know a place is good when they start to remember your name and face, but you can't blame me for coming so often because the food is delicious! My personal favorites are the hibachi chicken and tonkatsu ramen 😋

Kobe Hibachi definitely knows how to impress! I came for hibachi, but the real star of the show ended up being their poke bowl. Fresh, vibrant, and absolutely loaded with toppings, it felt like a treasure chest of deliciousness. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and the portion size was surprisingly huge, especially for such a reasonable price. It’s the kind of bowl that makes you feel like you’re winning at life.
The staff was super friendly, and the atmosphere had that lively hibachi energy that makes dining out feel fun again. If you’re craving something fresh, filling, and full of personality, treat yourself to the poke bowl here. Kobe Hibachi just earned itself a new regular! 🍣🔥

I just want to share my experience with the cook/server of this place. Around 11:30 or so last Thursday, my wife orders a shrimp fried noodle. This cook, with initials MW as printed in the receipt, who is taking the order has ear plugs on apparently listening to music or whatever. Turns out he takes the order as chicken fried noodles instead of shrimp fried noodles. (FYI my wife NEVER orders chicken fried noodles. It has ALWAYS been shrimp if she ever orders fried noodles.) Starting to eat my wife realizes it’s not what she ordered and I take it back telling the cook the situation. He looks at me in disgust saying my wife ordered otherwise. I tell him he took the order wrong. This goes back and forth a couple of times. He finally takes the dish, which was served in a dine in dish BTW,, throws it hard into the waste basket. Says for me to come back in ten minutes. I return to pick up the order and he dumps (soft term for throwing) the take out bowl over the counter. Yells at me with glaring eyes about how we wasted his ingredients/money or whatever. I tell him again he took the order wrong and he yell back something at me a few times. Totally unacceptable behavior for anyone in the this business. Will never go back. Whoever reads this should never do business with this place.

Obsessed with the poke bowls. I live in Schenectady and thought the only good poke place was in Albany. Once I discovered this place, I didn’t look back. They’re so good, I crave them and galleria 7 is the best spot. All sorts of food options for those who don't like poke bowls.

Based on other reviews, I can only assume that they accidentally knocked a whole container of salt into my ramen. The taste was good, but it was unbearably salty after a bite or two... I'm not a person who is overly sensitive to salt. I couldn't finish.

We only really get bubble tea when we come through, though I plan to try their food sometime soon and will update our rating. We often get food from their sister stall across from them. But we love coming here. My son thinks their bubble tea is the best and they are the only place who can omit green tea from their fruit teas for little people who don't really need the caffeine. Very friendly, kind and accommodating people run this place and we will keep coming back for a long time.

Was excited to try the dumplings...until they came out of a bag. Turns out it's too hard to make them from scratch.

Their tropical fruit tea is so delicious and fun to drink!
The food is delicious! The boba tea (I got Taro) is not too sweet, but a perfect balance. The boba (tapioca pearls) were flavorful too. The ramen soup is scrumptious. So many different flavors. I can’t fit it all in, great portions. The pork is juicy and crispy and flavorful. Eggs are perfectly cooked. This was my second time here, getting the same thing, because it’s so good! It was a little on the expensive side (12.50 for the pork ramen, 6.50 for the boba) overall, 5 stars.

Fantastic black garlic ramen, so delicious. The family that ran this stand were amazing thank you so much! They are located in this really amazing carved out market in strip mall you don't expect. Coolest thing I've seen in a bit
