First time at the Latham location. Luis was a great waiter. Our food came out pretty quick and it was delicious. The portions are generous. The drinks were good. The ambiance was very nice.

Went on a Saturday night, never got a chance to try the food. Quoted 25 minute wait at 45 mins I asked for update and was told cleaning table we are next. Watched them continue to seat other tables in front of me. At 55 mins I went and let them know to take our name off the wait and they said they had open tables.

It was our first time visiting and we were excited because of the multiple great reviews (overall 4.9!). Overall though, we were disappointed. It is a beautiful restaurant with lots of space for gatherings but, honestly, it was WAY too loud. We could barely hear each other at our table... the crowd was loud enough and that's expected but the music felt like we were in a nightclub. It was too much. Our waitress was fine. She didn't stop by to check on water refills, we had to ask but she did a fine job otherwise. The food was just ok. My son ordered birria tacos because that's what he likes to compare around our region (Toro is the best-btw!). There was an orange queso in the taco instead of the Oaxaca as expected... or at least that what it looked like? He said it tasted like a high quality Taco Bell. Not what we came for! I will admit that I ordered a delicious meal... Mole Poblano and I was very happy with it. My husband ordered a birria quesadilla and, much like my son, he was overall disappointed compared to other area Mexican restaurants in the area. I'm not sure where the 4.9 comes from because lots of other places are much better overall in our area.

Amazing food but the service was very poor. My cocktail tasted like cough medicine, but the restaurant refused to take the drink back, claiming that it’s my own issue since I ordered it. Unprofessional service.
