Wait time for your food is incredibly long!!
The employees here are not well-trained and generally have a bad attitude. It seems they take out their frustration on the customers. It's not necessarily their fault. I blame the management, or lack thereof.

Employees didn’t handle line at register, people waiting more than 30 mins weren’t able to handle people waiting on cups and missing food items
Quite literally the slowest service of all time every time I come here. Regardless of how busy or slow the business appears, the service will be a snail’s pace. Staff doesn’t really know who orders what, they’re asking you at each step of the process what you ordered and being surprised that it isn’t available to give. But sure, I’ll follow your tiktok page you're advertising on the drive thru window. Maybe reconsider your business’s priorities.

This location has the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The cashiers don’t know how to ring up orders, and the line workers don’t know how or don’t care to make orders correctly. I need to coach cashiers through my order every time, and I’ve learned to thoroughly check my food at the window before driving away, because it’s a 100% chance that something wasn’t made correctly or something was omitted. Today, the cashier tried to tell me they didn’t sell apple slices; there were two orders of fries missing (of a total of two), and my cheeseburgers were ordered as “no mustard, no pickles, extra cheese”. They came out with no modifications, and I had to order them again. I didn’t check the next two (my bad), and when I got home, they were made as “no mustard, no pickles, no cheese”. These employees need more training, and whoever manages this location needs to learn what customer service is.

Even though I got up to the drive thru speaker before the other person they ended up having their order placed before me. I ended up waiting there for like 5 mins and decided to leave. Terrible customer service is an understatement
I ordered online counter pickup and the worker informed me I pick up my food at the door dash counter and not at counter my food was cold and she said she was the manager she ignored me and my husband then started yelling at me telling I am stupid because counter pick up was at door dash pick up station and not the counter

For people wanting to get paid more a hrs can't do their damn job right had to repeat my oder 6 times to have them still screw it up, not to mention the garbage all over the building and workers smoking in the parking lot,,, disgusting

I always place a mobile order but it still takes 30 mins to get through the whole drive thru. Sweet tea’s never sweet here and the nuggets and fries are always cold. You get a mix of employees. They’ve always been out of something every time I’ve gone too
