I have no idea how this McDonald's is still in business. They get your order incorrect 99% of the time. They don't tell you they are out of something until after you've paid and are at the pick up window. The prices are stupidly high and the staff are not the nicest. They have no idea what fast food is as you are waiting a minimum of 10 mins in the drive through for stale fries and cold food. The ONLY reason I even go to this McDonald's is because my 93 years old grandmother likes their cheese burgers.

McDonalds at Latham farms area. Tables needed cleaning, 3 of us, Burgers with cheese not melted, sandwiches sloppily thrown together, ordered medium fries with 10 piece nuggets got small fries...ordered double burger without cheese, got cheese anyway. I do not recommend this place. If you must eat at Mcds, try another location.

This is Hands Down THE WORST McDonald’s in THE WORLD!!!! The employee at the drive thru this morning, not only overcharged me for my order, but then had the audacity to tell me that it was my fault because I did not say my order correctly, which I know that I did. I was Never given a price for my order, I was just told to pull up to the first window. What should have been a $7 order was $12 when I got to the window. When I questioned the price, I was told that I did not say my order properly. As I was questioning the price, the employee ran my card and said “Oh well, sucks for you. If you want a refund your money will be tied up for days?” I demanded the refund regardless and went to Burger King down the street!!! I will NEVER spend one dollar at any McDonald’s as long as I live!!

‼️⚠️WORST MCDONALDS EVER ⚠️‼️ My mom and I like to get fries and a large coke. Simple enough order right? Not for this location. Terrible service. Horrible attitudes and mediocre food. They never listen to the simple request of fresh fries. Once we were in the drive thru line for 45 minutes, all because the kid working the drive thru window didnt know how to use both of the speakers. This location seriously needs to be shut down, they are all lazy and dont care about their jobs

Whomever owns and or operates this franchise location should just give up. Dirty floors, little ants on the table, not enough employees to handle even small rushes + door dash orders, busted soda machine nozzles, no straws, no large cups (but plent yof large lids!)... the list of reasons why I only come here a few times a year is extensive. I always feel like what little staff they have on are moments away from having a mental breakdown. It feels like they want to curse me out for having the audacity to order food, or maybe they just need a shoulder to cry on because the management isn't fit to ensure the restaurant has everything it needs to run smoothly while they sit at home. I hope the McDonald's corporation steps in and removes this franchise from the icy death grip of its current owner/operator.

Whoever was at the first window 8/15/25 at 1:40 gave me attitude because I pulled up to place my order there because I waited for 10 minutes at the speaker.

Every time I go to this McDonalds they take forever to take my order. The inside isn’t open, you just have to wait 20 minutes plus to get your order taken and another 15 to get your food. I would have left but I had placed a pick up order and wanted to not have to go through the whole process to get a refund. It’s the only McDonald’s open near me and I would like to use it and not drive 30 mins for another one.
