Stood in line for 10 minutes, no one else waiting, and was ignored entirely. Not even a glance towards us, there were at least seven separate workers who obviously saw us, but no one even offered an apology or explanation for the wait, so we left. Go to another McDonalds, you’ll actually get served

Nearly a 30 minute wait, and the food wasn’t even warm. Some of the fries are actually hard and stale. The burger has onions, which we asked them to remove. Just another crappy McDonald’s - this is no longer surprising.
I recommend going across the street and ordering takeout from Red Robin. It will likely be faster and will at least be hot.

‼️Worst McDonald’s ever‼️ Took 15 mins to cook the food I was waiting outside because I did order pickup. We ordered 2 meals the lady only gave me one I went inside and explained it and she looked at me like I was crazy . She gave me me the meal and when I got home inside the bag it wasn’t even my right order . The food was cold and looked like it was made by a kid . She gave me a completely different order and I paid $40 not worth it at all .
Terrible service terrible staff! I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for a cold mcchicken,nuggets and fries and there were like 7 staff working. I will never return! Do better!

I placed an order in the mobile app only to discover that the restaurant was closed upon arrival. To add insult to injury, the app still took my money.

Avoid this place staff taking selfie on FaceTime. The guy taking the money is also the guy at the next window touching food after he just touch money. Food was cold they try to tell me it was fresh. Refuse to let them make it over me after they started speaking Spanish I don’t understand Spanish. Ask for a cash refund after several minutes going back and forth they gave me money refund. No bueno
