Gone downhill over the years- staff cant wrap a burrito, out of main items with hours left of business, bunch of teenage girls arguing on the line. This was on a slow day. I can't imagine how much worse it is when busy. If you want moes, go to colonie.

This was my first time to a moes. The quesadilla was excellent but the some of the workers didn’t know what was going on. I also paid 20 dollars for the quesadilla and they claimed it didn’t come with a drink?? Not sure I’ll go to a moes too quickly again 🤣

Meh. I'd say Chipotle is probably better for everything except queso. All of the salsas/sauces they offer are pretty good, but they turn the rest of your meal to mush. Staff seemed a little fed up too.

First of all this place is ridiculous the staff they have back there have no clue what there doing besides one person. I ordered a cup of guacamole and a cup of queso, and it took a hour to get my order. Like this is ridiculous. If it’s moe Monday have more staff they havnt even stated the online orders and we’ve been in here for over a hour waiting. Ridiculous

Ordered 3 burritos, two of them were not well wrapped. The foil on one was so bad that the whole burrito fell out into the bag with chips and spilled sauce so badly that the bag began to fall apart. We were trying to eat these on the go so their shorts were absolutely covered in nasty Moe goop. I don’t understand how it could be so inconceivably difficult to just fully wrap all of the items in an order. Still tasted fine but that was just completely ridiculous. Thanks for the mess

I was greeted by Don(Donovan) with an upbeat eager tone and energy. I was indecisive about what to get he immediately recommended his favorite which is the quesadilla. He made it for me and my brother “Don Style” which was more than a Moes experience. After conversing with him more he told me he aspired to be a chef. I could definitely see him with his own restaurant one day if not the manager of a Moes himself!

I've been to this moes twice and each time the salsa is bad by time I get home. That means it was bad before I left the establishment..when I take the salsa out the bag, the top is bloated, which is a clear sign that's it's bad. I've taken it a step further by tasting it, and it's bad... I say that to say this..the quality of the salsa has gone wayyyyy down, however the service was great both times. Please work.on better quality of salsa! Other than that the food itself was good and tasted fresh

It was way better then Saratoga springs cuz of that one dude is so rude and people got quit because of him. But to talk of the owner Elias don't get a crap he just keeps yelling at his customers but Elias I don't care. He loves James. That's why he is the owner instead of the springs. But no one likes him. That's why I quit and then three other people quit after that. But do you think Eliza does care? If no, if it did he should hire me back

They need to work atleast on getting their basic stuff correct. The rice is super undercooked almost raw. The ingredients were not at all fresh. Not recommended if you want to spend money & eat thrash food

Ordered the homewrecker with moes sauce on the side and chips. The burrito was huge, but cost me $17 plus tax. It tasted horrible and was room temperature. The Moe's sauce tasted like nothing. No exaggeration.. I knew it was a bad sign at 6pm the place was empty when I walked in

They should just close down if they’re going to serve inedible food. They brought my kids inedible slop. Literally sent a quesadilla with an onion peel cooked on top…disgusting. The food was cold, peppers big enough to choke, it looked thrown together, no sauce inside or on the side, chips for one order instead of three. I will never again.
