Absolute garbage. Slow prep time, these people are the slowest humans in existence, if they were slower they'd be going backwards in time. Food, cold, items i paid for missing. This was my third time and i was thinking man i should go somewhere else but i was like welp cant always be the worst right? Wrong. The district manager and manager should be fired immediately. Survey asks what I would recommend... Going elsewhere. That's it.

YUMMMM! Moe’s has always been one of my favorite restaurants because of the delicious food. Recently, my partner and I went and the worker stuffed our quesadillas full with chicken, bacon, and cheese. They were so delicious! I didn’t catch his name, but I really hope he has a great life.

I went to pick up my food at 12:00, and it took them nearly 30 minutes to give it to me.The most frustrating part was that they served other walk-ins while I was waiting for them to make mine.Here's a fast food 101 lesson for you: MAKE THE FOOD IN THE ORDER THEYRE PLACED

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but it's called for here. There was no "WELCOME TO MOE'S!" and these employees were the most miserable workers I've ever come across (visit was on 4/5 at about 430). My daughter wanted Moe's for her birthday dinner, and while the food tasted fine, which is where the second star comes in, I'm pretty sure it would physically HURT these people to smile even a little bit... At least that's the vibe they gave off. I've worked in hospitality quite a bit, and if you don't like the job you're working, don't project that on your customers; find a different career path. We probably won't return to this location ever again. I still even gave them a $1 tip, feeling bad for them that their day must've just been terrible, and hopefully it helped to boost their morale a little at least.FEB 2024 EDIT: knowing that places like this tend to have a massive turnover, we went again finally after almost a year and were pleasantly surprised at the customer service and quality of food at this visit. Two more stars added.

The chain seems to have removed a number of ingredients I enjoyed, you get less overall, and you pay more. It no longer feels like a place I enjoy/frequent.
