So very disappointed in management's unprofessionalism during and after a recent event at this venue. Apparently, new management is lacking in both communication skills and professionalism.

Really disappointed in management decisions at this venue. Clearly lacking professionalism and communication skills when hosting events.

Excellent overall selection of food, enough to make me want to come back. The gentleman was knowledgeable regarding the drinks on tap, availability and even mixed drinks. Made a kick ass Old Fashioned. I had the mac and cheese burger on brioche, very tasty. Only setback was that when I got there it was a little slow, maybe 8 people. It turned out to be trivia night, about 30 people are in here as I prepare to watch TNF. The sense of urgency hasn't really changed. I took a brief stroll around my hotel as this place is actually linked to it and wasn't greeted the first time. Noticed some people that came in when it was single digits and it took a while. Urgency was interesting. The staff was nice though. One dude probably cussed 90 times in 15 minutes and loudly, i usually don't mind it but it was like this dude was trying to set a record. Wasn't addressed. Oh well.

Stayed at the hotel for two weeks. Tried calling the number on the menu in the room. Was told by the front desk you had to go to the restaurant to order. Ordered our food and was told to come back in 20 min. Went back in 20. The food was ready but prepared as if we were dining in the restaurant. The bar tender(male) was very rude. The waitress seemed “bothered” when asked for it to go as it was ordered that way. Our food was put into containers. No sauces or condiments that were requested. I would recommend eating elsewhere.

Doesn’t serve food after 9pm although they advertise pick up food until 10pm on the hotel in-room menus.

Okay, here’s the quick and dirty. Came in on a Saturday night around 7pm. Service was at best “Meh”. The mango habanero wings were solid as hell. Very meaty, crispy enough and sauce wasn’t too sweet, not too hot either. Would absolutely come back for the wings. The Mac and cheese burger was also killer. Real ground beef patty, no frozen hockey puck here. This is a little spot you hit for the grub and some cold ones.

Stayed in the hotel for work and went down for a bite to eat. Only saw one person working other than the lady that brought some food to the bar. He seemed too preoccupied with the girls at the bar and after a while I got up and left, he didn't seem to want to pay attention to anyone coming in so ate elsewhere.

On a trip to Albany NY (Latham) with my son this place was a convenient restaurant near the hotel we were staying. Customer service was top-notch friendly staff and it seemed like a nice environment. I don’t like giving bad reviews but I have to be honest with you The food left a lot to be desired. It was very overpriced compared to Quality. My son ordered burger and fries The burger wasn’t bad but the fries which were under done “even after we sent them back. I went with a safer option and ordered a small pan pizza it wasn’t bad but the toppings were cold so I had to send it back. The Appetizer fried green beans were the best thing we had and they were delicious. My son requested that I give a zero star rating but I felt they deserve a star for effort.

The veggie flatbread pizza was phenomenal. Better than anything you can get from Papa John’s or Dominoes.

We stayed at hotel so were hoping to eat, hav some drinks and watch the soccer game. We asked a few questions about drink options and our waitress knew Nothing. We ordered frozen margarita as drink special which she didn't know and didn't get frozen and was charged more. Ordered ice tea for two people at our table and both drinks tasted different. We were told anything with a sauce was not available to order. We ordered a few burgers medium well and they were medium rare. The wings were fried and didn't taste good. Waitress was not attentive and was very short when she actually came to the table. The gentleman behind bar actually was asking if we were done with our menus before we ordered because he didn't have enough to go around (it was not that busy).Don't waste your time or money here because they still have a lot of work to do before this is a decent establishment.

Small, darkly lit little place, near a Holiday Inn. I went there for their Trivia Night recently. I had their basalmic chicken. It was a very small portion, and without a baked potato, even though it was listed on the menu. My other side, broccoli, didn't arrive until it was cooked within an inch of its life!!! My friends have said that they only go there for the Trivia Night...not the food!!! I guess that they are right!!! My friends also said that this place used to have nice specials a few years ago. I wonder what happened???

Dietary restrictions: Don't order the mashed potatoes if you are garlic intolerant. If you aren't...go for it!!!
