Excellent overall selection of food, enough to make me want to come back. The gentleman was knowledgeable regarding the drinks on tap, availability and even mixed drinks. Okay, here’s the quick and dirty. Came in on a Saturday night around 7pm. Service was at best “Meh”. The mango habanero wings were solid as hell. Very meaty, crispy enough and sauce wasn’t too sweet, not too hot either. Would absolutely come back for the wings. The Mac and cheese burger was also killer. Real ground beef patty, no frozen hockey puck here. This is a little spot you hit for the grub and some cold ones.
Such a surprise to see new management taking over and making changes. The new staff are warm and welcoming, the food has gotten to a new level of excellence. I stay at the hotel twice a month due to work having to travel I couldn't be happier going to the bar restaurant when I stay at the hotel.
