The food was absolutely delicious. I had the Whiskey River BBQ(Burger) with a side of fries and a coke. Wife had a simple burger with fries as well.

Didn't have to wait long for a table and only waited like 10 -15 minutes for the food.

Ordering was a little strained I think our server was new but other than that small thing,

The fries were absolutely fresh and hot with a perfect amount of crispiness. I just couldn't stop eating them. I even asked for more after my main meal was done.

The Whiskey River BBQ itself was very well put together and it didn't get tiring to eat it after a while. The flavors were on point.

I never have a problem when I come to this restaurant. And the food is still VERY reasonably priced. I was surprised my bill was 43 dollars. I left satiated and like I hadn't broken the bank.

Definitely bring your date, or family here.

Vegetarian options: There is a veggie burger and you can also switch to impossible patties on any of their burgers for like 2 extra dollars per patty.

The waitress was great but the WAIT for food was pretty long. We were lucky that our waitress and the other staff brought fries while we waited and catered to us.
They knew the wait was long.

Good service, food is going downhill. The burgers have been downsized from when it first opened, getting close to fast food quality. Barely any fries also. In the bar there were at least 3 fruit flies buzzing our table and the beer draft dispenser (it's late November...this shouldn't be an issue)

When on Veterans Day. Asked to sit at bar so I wouldn't hold up a table. I was seated sat patiently never spoken to or acknowledged for 20 minutes. So I left hungry and disappointed. Served 35 years in Air Force flew combat mission, rescue mission travel around the world moving and caring for Airman, Soldiers and Sailors.
Felt really hurt when no one would even ask if I need a drink. Left hurt and hungry.

Probably a one time mistake, but they forgot to put the toppings, such as guacamole on my burger. I got the burger and thought it looked bland and lacking (but naturally they take the menus away before you get food, so couldn't look back). Later, I looked up the menu online and noticed everything I had missing. Partially my fault for not remembering what I ordered, but yeah...I got half a burger.

Food was good but it came out barely warm, all of our fries were cold and my burger was barely warm. It was really good but I couldn't eat cold fries. Also our appetizer came at the end and I had to ask for it. But we did have 3 different waitresses so that could be why. We all liked the food just wish it came out hotter.

It was a mistake going here.

We went on a Tuesday (The day of this review), and we ended up having to cancel our food because after 45 minutes it still hadn't come out. The host was kind, and she told us that it was a little bit busier than they were expecting and we had to wait...that was fine and she was kind enough.

We figured we would sit at the bar and have a drink, which is where the frustration began. Our bartender walked by us many times, but after 20 minutes she barely acknowledged us except for the one time she told us she was sorry for the wait, but she went right about ignoring us from then on. She had absolutely no intention of serving us anything and it was as if she was trying her hardest to pretend we weren't there. She was the worst part of the entire experience.

They didn't have enough servers, so it took a while before our server got to our table. When she did, I let her know we were on a schedule. We only ordered fries, so we figured it would be fine. 25 minutes later, we only had our drinks and we had to cancel our food. Our server was kind, but when we were walking out we saw the food sitting there at the food running station, so not sure why it never made it to our table.

We left incredibly frustrated and hungry. Every other Red Robin we've been to has been fine, but we will never be back to this location.

Our favorite part of our visit was the Rubik's cube art next to our table (see Pic). Like Pac-Man, we were close to getting our food, but it remained just out of reach.

This location used to be good. Now, it is a complete disaster. This will be my last time eating here. I tried again after bad food, ok service, and cold fries, to go with an overpriced burger. There is NO WAY this thin frozen patty or the slightly thicker frozen patty is worth $17.

I should've went next door to WiFi Burgers. The sweet potato fried were cold, and server lied to me about why it took so long for him to get them is because they were dropping fresh fries. Bullshit! He just forgot about us.

Then I got a souffle cake for dessert, and it was still frozen. Like, completely frozen. We returned it to get the cookies. They were a big glob all stuck together. But at least they were hot and delicious.

I dislike cold fries and completely frozen desserts that are supposed to be thawed for 24 hours before serving, but I hate being lied to much more.

Have a good one, Red Robin. It was nice knowing you while it lasted.

Food was good and staff was friendly. The building is looking very beat up. Unlimited fries came out in a smaller portion than last time I was here, but they refilled them. All good there, the burger was done as requested and our waiter came around to check on us a couple times.

Wheelchair accessibility: Level floors and plenty of handicap parking near the doors.
