Very disappointed with the whole experience. Made it clear with the person taking my order (three times) that I wanted a corned beef on rye with Swiss, with NO mustard. Picked up my order and started to drive away only to realize that I got pastrami with Coleslaw AND mustard. If I wasn't in a hurry to get to my next appointment I would have returned. Gee, and only $23. I will say the cookie was ok.
I won't be back and you shouldn't stop there.

Food is good but small portions and expensive for what you get. There are better options in the area.

Tried twice. Food is absolutely tasteless. Chicken salad and chopped chicken livers are desperately in need of salt, herb, onion, flavor.

The service was pretty decent because the gentleman was nice that rang us out although the soup was forgotten. That being said the soup was the only thing that was even good. I got the monster burger and was rather excited but underwhelming isn't even an apt enough description of what I received. The burger was completely soggy and covered with shredded lettuce (interesting choice) and I had also ordered it medium and received a well done burger. To top it all off, the caramelized onions were almost bitter and the burger was virtually unseasoned. I never leave reviews but I felt inclined to leave this one. My fiancé ordered the healthy hummus bowl and the entirety of it was basically unseasoned and the chicken was alright but could have really used some salt to bring out the flavoring. All in all, I'm hoping it was a fluke because the last time I had gone there the food was actually pretty good.

One of the worst experiences in a establishment and I’m not one to complain but $22 for a wrap that I had to repeat to the worker eight times and they still got it wrong

The sandwich I ordered was delicious! It came with a small Coleslaw. The service was slow! I ordered online thinking I would save time. My order wasn't ready when I arrived. I waited nearly 20 minutes. It WAS lunchtime, so it may have been the reason for the long wait time. One customer left before being waited on.Very clean establishment! I will go, again. Next time, I will eat-in.
Parking: Parking can be difficult at peak times. It is a shared public lot for patrons of the strip mall. There is at least one dedicated handicapped space for this establishment.

Disappointing. The Eggplant slices were too dry with too much garlic (I love garlic), the plain bagel with cream cheese was average and the Shaksuka sandwich was below expectations (mostly bland and the Baguette could not hold the contents. The Baklava was not exciting.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is in a strip mall. So easy accessibility

Ordered 1 lb of corned beef. Was charged $18+ before getting the item. Got home and the tag said $10. Paid cash-no receipt in bag. Be vigilant.

I love Saati Deli! Every time I’m in Latham I have to stop in to get a sandwich. The menu is so big and so many different things to choose from. I love everything but my go to is the fresh cooked Turkey on ciabatta bread with bacon. The bacon is real thick sliced bacon too and always crispy. They also carry my favorite chips Deep river sweet Maui. If I’m feeling gluttonous I will also grab a soup they are all homemade and so good. The chicken noodle is my go to. If they have the creamy chicken get that too! The catering is amazing. We’ve ordered catering a few times for pick up and it’s always ready and waiting for us. So much food. I recommend you try the homemade hummus, the best I’ve ever had! The sandwich platters are made with fresh meat and bread they come with potato salad, macaroni salad, coleslaw and pickles. We have used Saati for holiday parties as well and the packages are perfect no need to make anything. The thanksgiving packages are more than enough to accommodate everyone with left overs the stuffing is the best I’ve ever had. For Easter last year we ordered the sliced fillet with veggies it came with chocolate cake too. Everyone raved about it. I can’t say enough about Saati Deli, this is best deli in capital district.
