Big letdown! Husband and I ordered the crÚme brûlée French toast and crab hash. The French toast tasted nothing like crÚme brûlée and looked totally different than what is advertised on Instagram. Crab hash was very bland. Order a peach Bellini as well and it was just okay.
Service was extremely slow even though we were one of about 6 tables there.
We wanted to try dessert (the whole reason we wanted to try Scarlet Knife in the first place), but were told they were not serving dessert that day due to being completely out.
The space is beautiful so Iâm disappointed our experience was so poor.

We ordered the shrimp and scallops, and the French onion short rib. The food was good and so was the service. But the dessert was where the restaurant truly stood out for me! Be sure to check out their Dessert Room if they have availability!

Food wasnât that great, waiting time was crazy even if you have an online appointment for 6:45pm never got a table until 8:05 pm right next to the bar when we were supposed to be in the dining room.
Beautifully done food. Unfortunately our server accidentally put in the wrong order for my dinner so I had to wait longer for my salmon dish. It seemed like there werenât enough servers for the tables because everything took a long time.

The food we ordered was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. We had appetizers, dinner and dessert. Our overall experience was clouded by the poor service. We arrived a little early for our reservation time and we're excited to get a drink at the ice bar. Drink service was very slow but we figured it would eat into our wait time for our table. After we finished our drinks, checked with hostess about table and we're told it still wasn't ready. About 45 minutes after our reservation time we were seated but only after standing over the hostess table to make sure we got a table. Shortly after we server arrived and then the hostess called me to tell me our table was ready. Waitress did a good job at geeting water glasses full but it seemed as though we waited a long time between courses. I would only recommend this place if you don't mind giving up an entire evening waiting to get food. For the food cost, I would expect better service, especially a hostess who can remember one name (every time we interacted with them it seemed it was the first time met us or heard our name).

We had reservations here for dinner on Valentines. They had a specific menu just for the day. It took a half hour to receive our drinks. Dinner came out shortly after. Food was good but very small portions for the price. We were never asked if we wanted more drinks. The bill came out to about $230 a couple. The food and service was not worth it.

Need more bartenders at the bar. Horrible service, felt like we were invisible. Asked bar back to grab bartender, nothing. Once we did get one and asked for a beer they said they were out. Let me QUICKLY look at the beer list I asked. Handed it to me and rather wait to quickly look at it they ran off and did not come back for another 20 minutes. Food was good, total crap service.

Reservation at 7:15. Were not sat until 8:15. Waitress didnât arrive to take our drink order until 8:30.
Tables around us at the bar and in dining room were not bused promptly. Glassware and silverware at the table were filthy.
Donât waste your time or money.

Overall, this place feels like a Cheesecake Factory cosplaying as a fine dining restaurant.
For apps, we ordered Calamari ($18) and an Orchard Salad ($14). The calamari portion was small and overcooked. When our waitress asked us how everything was I mentioned the calamari were overcooked and she offered to have them re-fired. We declined, but were still charged. I liked the salad, but it was basic and not worth the price. For entrées, my fiancé ordered Short Ribs ($49) and I ordered the Truffle Mushroom Fettuccine ($28). His short ribs were okay, but he ran out of sauce about halfway through and no one ever came back so he could request more. My pasta was bland and the mushrooms were a bit chewy. I should also mention the price on the menu for my entrée was $25, but we were charged $28.
For drinks we had two glasses of wine ($30) and one Sparkling Blood Orange Negroni ($14) which was just not great.
Our experience totaled at $173.88 and when you add the tip we were at $200. That's EXPENSIVE for a very mediocre meal.

> We sat at the chefs table which is a huge bar facing the kitchen. The kitchen was oversized and has a bunch or weird disjointed spaces. My view consisted mostly of the main line and a large empty hallway space to the left behind the line lit with bright fluorescent lights. There was a separate baking kitchen to the right of the line and another entirely separate space behind that for the dishwasher, etc. That whole space was so oversized, bright and weird making for a stark contrast to the dark moody dining area behind us. I didn't like it.
> Management is very lax and jokey. For a restaurant trying to be fancy and charging high-end prices I would expect more professionalism.
> Dessert must be ordered in a separate room with several booths. Whether or note we would've had a separate check/server in there remains a mystery.
> The bathrooms felt like they belonged in a mall, a massive hallway leading there leaving room for awkward eye contact with strangers as you pass, and a huge bathroom with a ton of stalls.
> This place is about 15,000 sq feet and it just feels like they didn't know what to do with all the space. It isn't cozy at all.
> They were about half full on a Saturday at 7:30. Not a good sign if you ask me.

I wanted to like this place, but it was a letdown. The service was slow and pretty disorganized, food was subpar, and management was poorly chosen. Feels like theyâre trying to be upscale but definitely missed the mark

Went for a private event. Heat was off or something we were freezing. We had a fixed menu. Server forgot to bring my appetizer, I had to ask for it after about 5 minutes to which she acknowledged she did not notice I never received mine. Espresso martini did not taste good and they forgot to add baileys that I had requested. My husbandâs steak and mine were served cold. Mashed potatoes were also cold and tasted like there was nothing in them except potatoes (butter, salt, cream??) Server then forgot 2 of our groups desserts. Atmosphere is nice but definitely would not go back for the food or service.
