Ordered #5. That was to get bacon which my wife didn’t notice until half way thru. So I went to front counter to explain and said they could fix if they got the burger back. Which she had already eat. Then had to talk to 3 people to fix the problem.

This is a tale of 2 different experiences...My Wife and myself ate here 11/16/24 and my Wife's foot-long Coney with some nasty fake cheese and her cheesy tots also with some disgusting fake cheese all made her feel nauseous and sick shortly afterwards, but I ordered cheesesteak and tots that were phenomenal! My son and myself revisited 11/19 we both ordered the same, cheesesteaks and tots but unfortunately the cheesesteaks were both very disappointing with less meat and nasty, fake cheese, however the tots were good. We definitely will not be back!!!

The smash burger was delicious!!! Taste like a homemade burger. It was Halloween, and there were probably only two employees there, but they were still polite and apologized for the wait. After walking for 3 hours straight. Who cares! The indoor seating area was clean and comfortable with many booths to reign in my hyper child. The bathrooms were clean and had a sterdy lock. The hand dryer didn't work, but overall a pleasant experience.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of booths and family-friendly sized restrooms.

Always nice and easy. Just place an order on the mobile app. Pick it up at the window. You're very friendly. Usually the order is ready and no problems. Can't beat the slushies they are the best. Truly appreciate the hard work that the late night work crew does definitely not given enough props for what they have to put up with.

We paid thirty bucks to the saddest Philly cheese steak ever it didn’t even look appetizing. My food was cold and the fries were so soggy. SO BAD! Blegh!
