This place is absolutely disgusting. Anybody who’s left this place a good review is either a paid promotion doing it for a favor for the store manager or a district manager or something I can’t believe this is in Latham if I brought you your blindfolded You Would think you were in Arbor Hill Strongly advise. Do not bring your children here, especially at night time how embarrassing for the sonic Franchise and I’m not leaving this review just one occasion I have been there numerous times at night time and have witnessed some very disgusting behaviors

Extremely run-down and disgusting place. This place is caked in a layer of grime. The only reason the food is getting 3 stars is because an owner was present and made sure the food was fresh. But the rest of this establishment needs some serious attention before the health department gets involved.

Waited a half hour in line at the drive thru and then was skipped twice when we finally got to the window so we left. Slowest restaurant I've ever been to.

First of all, when someone who is diabetic orders a diet drink, give them a diet drink. After asking them twice, they still messed it up. Also, the person at the drive-thru could not be understood, and was rude. It also took forever to be served

I have been to this location a handful of times and each time my order came out at least 10 minutes after my app said it was completed with overall waits being around 30 minutes.
This most recent time that I reviewed through the satisfaction surveys they conduct was the most stressful one.
The first issue has nothing to do with the location but the website/ app infrastructure that glitches when trying to cover the remainder of the balance with a secondary payment method to a giftcard. To add additional funds to a giftcard, you have to do that separately from checkout and it could take up to 90 minutes.
There were specific mobile order drive in spots that are not recognized when checking in on the app.
Instead of pulling into drive through, a regular drive in spot or calling to check in, I went inside which was not a good decision as despite having a button to alert staff to a customer an automatic reminder sound went off every few minutes that nobody came to the counter. It was really busy and most customers use the drive in as I usually do/ planned to do, but I felt uncomfortable and awkward not knowing if anyone knew I was there despite the regular noise alerts since nobody even aknowleged me with a “be there as soon as possible” or “ordering or pickup? etc. There was another couple waiting for their food inside too thankfully so I knew I was allowed to be there as I was questioning that.
The person who helped me was very nice though and overall the food/ drinks were good. But the experience and atmosphere was very uncomfortable.

Last time we'll be coming here. How, when an order appears on a computer screen, is it possible to get it WRONG EVERY TIME? Fast food restaurants in the area are going DOWNHILL. Not one cares about doing something correctly and Sonic is the latest to join this group. It's actually making me healthier since for every single one I abandon, I cook at home. Thanks for that.

Terrible - place was dirty as soon as you walk in you can smell the bathroom. The bathroom was filthy and smelled really bad of urine. Although, 2 people came from the back no one took our order, the person behind us that was waiting as we were for a very long time, had to ring the bell. Someone came out and said I will be right with you. They took some more time to come back. By that time we decided to just leave. Also, there was something dripping from the ceiling in the sitting area, and it was not a rainy day. There was only one family sitting down eating but somehow the tables looked dirty. The place was not clean at all. The person that was being served in front of us was waiting for a very long time and when they came out it was for just 2 drinks he had ordered.

Went there last night with my nieces. Sat in one of the drive up bays for about 5-10 minutes after pushing the button. Nothing happened. Moved to another bay, thinking this one was having a problem and had the same result.
we ended up going through the drive-thru. Service there was pretty fast considering the amount of time we've already waited.
We ordered a Chicago dog and a chicken sandwich. The Chicago dog was comically put together with a standard bun, large size tomatoes and a cucumber that was white. The chicken sandwich was overcooked, the bun was burnt, and the chicken itself was 100% grizzle. Probably the worst food I've ever gotten there. The fries and tater tots also looked like they were from a week ago.
We left this location saying that we would never go back and we will not be shocked if it closes pretty soon. With all the other options out there I really honestly don't know how this spot is able to continue to operate.

I'm biased, as Sonic is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. This particular one had a reasonable wait time (drive through) and a very friendly server. Food was hot, and the order was right.

Just not the same anymore service was ok but the paper straws are just horrible for shakes then when i went inside to get more straws no one was at the counter but thankfully i found a nin with a couple straws in it. But at least the shakes are still delicious.

My first experience was HORRIBLE🤦🏾♀️ When we pulled up i order a blueberry lavender lemonade they gave me a blue raspberry lemonade and when i asked for the right one there was not even a spoon full of lavender in my drink so i get more, I asked for 2 barbecue sauce and 2 honey mustard and they only gave me 2 honey mustard, then i ordered a 5 tender meal and they gave me a 3 tender meal but when i told them they decided to only throw 1 tender in my bag so it still wasn’t a five tender meal AND THERE WAS HAIR IN MY TENDERS, and they didn’t give me ANY napkins. Smh🤦🏾♀️ never coming back
