Waited mad long in line just to get the wrong meals . Then had to wait for the right meals . My daughter ordered a strawberry limeade and then after drinking it noticed a bug . She took it to school and put it under a scope an this is what it was

First I got handed the completely wrong meal, my sister had ordered a strawberry limeade and found what looked like a bug, maybe a baby caterpillar or something of the sort in her drink. She took it to school and put it under a scope and this is what it looked like.

Awful. So slow. You will be ignored, workers here especially the manager do not care. No matter what way you order you will waits very long time. The food is also frequently messed up.

Tried to contact Sonic about my order. Everything was rock hard like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The pretzels were rocks and couldn't be eaten. The onion rings were dry and stale. The fries were tiny crumbs, also dry and stale. Everything felt like it was cooked several hours ago and just sat in the open. Can't even get my wasted money back... please don't follow my mistake. I have no idea what happened to this place!

Service at this location is hit or miss. Sometimes my order comes out quickly and sometimes it takes 20 minutes to get two RT 44s.

This location multiple times does not have ice cream available seems to be after 11:00 p.m. and turned away multiple times because of no ice cream available or whatever they say they're excuse is machines not working etc I'm not going to this location anymore it's a waste of gas

Pulled in to get mobile order in. Stall. Followed directions to push button. Waited 15 minutes and no one answered or came out. I finally went in and only 2 customers in line. Cashier so slow. Didn't know how to do change back , got food after 10 more minutes. Whole place inside shady. Looked like they only had 1 employee. . Won't be back for sure

I placed an order through the app and im standing at the counter with absolutely no employees in sight. I've stood here long enough to decide to leave this review. Its insane. I just want my food. The incompetence here is ridiculous.

Edit 5 mins later: still waiting. People are walking out. I would too if i hadn't already paid. Waste of my time at this point.

Fast delivery of food, but the lack of people out at the register is off putting.
We have occasionally received the wrong condiments but it is quickly fixed and the staff are always pleasant.

We ordered a mini caramel milkshake, soda, a pretzel, mozzarella sticks, tater tots, French fries, corn dog, double bacon cheeseburger and a sonic smashers on a pretzel bun.
All items were tasty although the mozzarella sticks could have been cooked less, some people like them crispier.

Placed a mobile order from the stall because I wanted to use the rewards that I have available in the app. They bring the food out and the attendant informed me that they didn't have Eggs to make the breakfast burrito and they didn't have the lime syrup for my drink... So they just didn't make them and brought the rest of the food out. I asked the attendant if those items were refunded or not and he says he'll get the manager. Manager comes out and says that he can't refund it because the order was placed on the mobile app but he could comp a substitution. Didn't want that, at that point I was already so frustrated that there was no communication about them not having the ingredients necessary to make the food that I didn't want a substitution.

So I call the corporate sonic line and request a refund. First time I called in they said they could only refund the items that were not given. Okay. W/e. Then I go to try some of the food that was received and the tater tots are hard as a rock and cold. Daughter said her chili fries were gross because the fries were hard and somehow soggy at the same time.

I called the corporate line back and demanded a full refund and then went back in the store and spoke with the manager. Just to inform him that I had called sonic and requested a refund on the order. The manager tried arguing with me that the food was cooked fresh and should be good. I wasn't trying to get in an argument with this guy so I just told him that I was just letting him know, left the food on the counter, and walked out.

Came through for breakfast at quarter after eight in the morning, had heard about sonic breakfast. Wanted to try it out. Wanted a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Well they don’t have coffee but they can upsell me and make me an iced coffee but they don’t have hot coffee. It’s been 22 minutes sitting at the window. I’m the only car here which is no surprise to me now (Should have been a sign that there wasn’t a line of cars to order) Apparently, there’s only one person working in the place so they have to take the order and make the food and deal with the money.
