I’m not sure why I even keep coming to the sonic hoping that they will get better. I guess I don’t know if it’s just the sonic or if it’s the laws that New York implements but you can definitely not have the sonic experience when you get your drinks in a plastic cup and have to drink out of paper straw. Usually, if there’s only one or two things wrong, I don’t complain too much but today I drove over here to the Latham store 20 minutes out of my way I placed my order online. The order didn’t go through. I had to call the corporate office to figure out why the order didn’t go through then replace the order then finally get my meal and I have no time to eat it or even drive back to where I need to be added to this is like I said before I get my drink in a plastic cup. I’m having to drink it out of a paper straw and then I get my foot-long cheese and a foot-long but the bun is only about 9 inches long. I’m probably just disappointed, but I have been to this sonic a number of times coming back over and over to see if maybe they have improved but I guess there’s no help for this sonic

Well it's a sonic. Nothing else to say. The food is uniform, the wait is long, and there is never anyone inside at the counter so if you're on foot you are definitely waiting. A solid place to eat if you're in your car though. Fast service and good care.

I am not sure what happened during my visit. But I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up. Sat in line for 30 minutes without a single car making it through the drive through. Doors were locked at 7:30PM despite the restaurant being open. Drive in lines were all blocked off. Complete chaos. Left without even receiving my food. I am assuming there was some sort of emergency. Would visit again, just had a bad experience the first time.

workers were definitely high, food was very cold, chicken tenders were tiny, cookie dough blast was more cookie dough then ice cream, onion rings were undercooked and falling completely apart, burger was dry and way over cooked tasted like dirt. do not come here.

Waited over 45 minutes for food, pretty sure they forgot our order somewhere and had to remake everything. So spent over an hour at a fast food joint, just waiting for food. Plus half the menu items weren't on there so that was also fun.

The restaurant itself is fine, the order was correct but i just don't think I liked what I ordered. The garlic butter bacon cheeseburger has got to be the most disgusting thing I've ever tried to eat. Like waaaay too much butter and garlic, every bite made me gag, it was like biting into a sponge soaked with butter and gross garlic flavor. I tried 4 times to try and enjoy it but that thing is pure garbage. I like garlic but this is just ew. Please remove immediately from the menu..The onion rings were okay I think. They tasted sweet with that fair like quality of homemade onion rings but they didnt taste good with that nasty burger and the fries were cold a rubbery. The best part of the meal was the original coke which believe it or not is messed up by many places. The soda taste ok here.

Went inside to get two shakes and a slushee. Waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the register. Once we ordered we had to wait 18 minutes before our drinks came out. Apparently this is how they give you your chocolate shake. Barley mixed.Customer service like this is the reason we don’t want to pay over $20 for just 3 drinks.
