Idk who hired this new dude at Starbucks but for one he’s rude he’s slow and he cannot and I mean cannot multitask. I put a mobile order in have been waiting for 20 min inside I might add watching him take customer after customer before starting my order which was in first I might add. When I asked him he was rude and didn’t acted like he cared so I will be calling corporate. What kind of establishment leaves a person by themselves who clearly isn’t ready to work alone. And what’s sad I come here every morning with no issues not waiting 30 min for a damn coffee. I might just take my business elsewhere where thanks for ruining my experience here bruh

The food is pretty good, they do need to wrap the food before they place it in the to go bag. The service is excellent, everyone is very nice and polite. Unfortunately it has a somewhat cold atmosphere.

New system automatically tacks on a tip - I’ll be the judge of how much and whether to tip, thanks.Nice seating area across the hall. Somewhat inconvenient to stand while ordering on the middle of the main corridor of the store.
Horrible employees, the girl who was taking my order looks like she had no ideas what she is doing, I order an ice latte with almond milk no sugar, she added some kind of sweet stuff in it, so she had to re make my drink, after I drink it I had major stomach issues I am not sure if the milk was bad or expired, I’ve been ordering the same exact drink at Starbucks for years never had any issues until today, please have better staff handling food, flies on pastries ?, please hire better people when it comes to food. I never write reviews but I’ve had it with this location

the girl working there today (3 july) at around 6pm was so sweet! she even used my refillable cup which i’ve had issues with in the past, and my husband’s drink was made so well!
