I’m waiting here for my drink when a traditional Latham Karen shouts for a manager, then lies about how long she’s been waiting for her drink before demanding a refund. It’s Saturday at 10am. The manager Kevin absolutely slayed the customer service response promptly and professionally which was very cool to watch. People, please be kind to your service workers.

As Starbucks go, this one is pretty great! Comfortable staying inside and out, and of course, my fave strawberry refresher with sweet cold cream on top 😬 The folks behind the counter at this location are always friendly and welcoming...it's become one of my favorite spots to set up shop with my computer for a couple of hours in the morning.

Love the breakfast double bacon sandwich and their coffee ☕
It was the people working here that made me want to come back. They were so kind and genuine. I wish I got their names but they are what hardwork in a tough economy during a rush looks like. And they still managed to make my day, with a great coffee. It's nice to talk to people for a second in such a technology driven time.
