It was the people working here that made me want to come back. They were so kind and genuine. I wish I got their names but they are what hardwork in a tough economy during a rush looks like. And they still managed to make my day, with a great coffee. It's nice to talk to people for a second in such a technology driven time.

Im from Cincinnati and Starbucks is the first place I visited here! What a great first impression of Covington! Emily is the sweetest and took the time to get to know me and my friend. Great service! My sandwhich was cold in the middle but I work at Starbucks so I totally understand, plus they made another for me immediately. Wonderful team!

Great place! I drive past other Starbucks to go here. They always greet when you walk in and are friendly and professional. Took one star off for the sitting area, it's just not great. They need to rearrange the tables and chairs, current set up is uncomfortable.

One of the best Starbucks in the area, they’re very good with the beverages they make them very accurate and consistent every time. The one issue is that it’s one of the slowest Starbucks in the area I think it’s due to the volume of sales.

The only Starbucks free standing café in the Capital District that is not a horrible drive-thru. The interior has become generic, staff is minimal, and it just feels cold and austere.
