Starbucks coffee is always good; sometimes it's great. Today was that day. That cup of Pike Place was the best coffee I've had in a long while.

As Starbucks go, this one is pretty great! Comfortable staying inside and out, and of course, my fave strawberry refresher with sweet cold cream on top 😬 The folks behind the counter at this location are always friendly and welcoming...it's become one of my favorite spots to set up shop with my computer for a couple of hours in the morning.

It was the people working here that made me want to come back. They were so kind and genuine. I wish I got their names but they are what hardwork in a tough economy during a rush looks like. And they still managed to make my day, with a great coffee. It's nice to talk to people for a second in such a technology driven time.

Im from Cincinnati and Starbucks is the first place I visited here! What a great first impression of Covington! Emily is the sweetest and took the time to get to know me and my friend. Great service! My sandwhich was cold in the middle but I work at Starbucks so I totally understand, plus they made another for me immediately. Wonderful team!

Great place! I drive past other Starbucks to go here. They always greet when you walk in and are friendly and professional. Took one star off for the sitting area, it's just not great. They need to rearrange the tables and chairs, current set up is uncomfortable.
