They do not care about the customers inside the Cafe. All the care about is the drive through people. And it shows!!!!!

This place is ridiculous. It regularly takes 20-30 minutes for an order. The staff moves like molasses. If people are waiting instead of working mobile orders of people who aren't here and letting them get cold. Ask who's here and work on their orders. Often have staff standing around looking confused. Hate coming here.

Service was minimal so there's not much to rate. Food was processed and the coffee was good, not great. Atmosphere is uniform to look like all other Starbucks.

This is becoming one of my favorite Starbucks! The crew is friendly, the service is quick, and my drink is always right! My only issue is the same with all Starbucks- the food is just not great.

Went to drive thru. The person in front of me had a large order & should have gone inside. Made entire line wait with their multiple bags & trays of drinks (for anyone who doesn't realize, that's rude). Normally, this drive thru is relatively fast & efficient. There was a pothole in their drive thru, but I think that's been fixed. They've gotten my order right on each visit!
I used to live down here and dealt with this nonsense all the time. I stopped for a coffee, because I was in the area. Tell me how the drive-thru line is still like 14 cars deep? How have y’all night gotten a staff that knows how to make and serve coffee, yet. It really is not that difficult, I used to work a Starbucks. They also never make the drinks right. There’s either the recipe way or the way the customer asks for it. How do you deviate from that constantly??? lol just so funny

I've tried to get coffee at this location on 3 separate occasions and the drive-thru is a 20+ minute wait. This Starbucks staff needs to figure out how to be efficient because the standard of service is unacceptable.
