*****RUDE BARISTAS - LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE*****

My mother visited this location on the way to work this morning. She called me to order for her through the app, as I often do for her. We were unsure of the address for this location, as there are 3 on Troy-Schenectady road and we wanted to ensure we had the right location. My mother pulled up to the drive - thru and the woman’s voice on the other end gave the generic verbiage that you normally get at the Starbucks drive thru. My mother asked her for the address, the woman responded with “549 Troy- Schenectady Rd” my mother then said “Thank you. My daughter is ordering through the app right now. Mobile order for Je’Ana” the woman’s response next was baffling. “ you’re going to have to pull back around, as the mobile order will definitely not be ready by the time you pull up. We can’t have you sitting there as we are on a timer” my mother was taken aback as was I. I heard the ENTIRE interaction as she had me on the phone. The barista probably heard me say “that was so rude”. In any event, there was someone in front of my mom, so she couldn’t pull back around. By the time my mother reached the window her drink was ready (jokes on the employee) my mother gets the same drink all the time. Hot venti pike place - black. Clearly, this woman was more concerned about a timer than proper customer service?!? Someone needs to remind her that loyal customers like us, are the reason why her checks get cut every week. If you are not a morning person, maybe ask your supervisor to change shifts? Maybe another shot of espresso? The employee was rude for no apparent reason, if you don’t want to work, don’t go in! Don’t take it out on the customer. FYI - the number on google (518-947-6441) is not valid. I called customer service for Starbucks, filed a complaint and will hopefully be hearing from the district manager within 24 hours.

Usually i like this location the staff is friendly and service is speedy. I was charged 27$ for an order that wasnt mine and when i called starbucks hotline they basically were no help and told me to contact my bank. Through my bank the only way to get my money back is to put it as fraud which shuts down my card and becomes a huge ordeal. So you can easily take almost 30$ from me for something that wasn't mine but cant give me my money back as a huge corporation. I ended up paying 32$ because I also was charged for my 6$ coffee. Thats wild to me. I’ve decided to stop buying starbucks because now im worried that im gonna keep getting charged for orders that aren’t mine.

When they get the order right it's good. When they don't, it's a bad experience. I ordered online.

Thought drive through would be a better pickup option rather than in-store, that was a mistake.

After 15 minutes in line, got my order (which was 20 minutes old by now), only to discover after I got back home they left off one of the drinks.

Why they don't repeat your order back to you is beyond me. I swear every time I forget to double check the order something is always missing.

Worst location by far.
The register was down, so they were only accepting mobile orders or drive-thru orders, where you never wait less than half an hour for one drink. The place is a mess inside. Every time I have ever been to this location, they are overworked and understaffed, and my drink is never made correctly.

First of all very rude one employee I'm a uber eats driver picking up .. I ask her or employee can u let me know which drink was with pickup .. She tells me with a attitude they all have names and obviously I knowledge that but u said to her the drinks are all over the place the drinks are not with all the customers food .So just being respectful I didn't want to touch everybody food .. All I have to say the employee didn't have to have a attitude about it ... The employee or employees need to learn more good customer service these days..

for the blonde young worker with a slick back braid, u didnt fill my $7.51 drink up all the way and you gave me the wrong lid for both me and my friends drink. stop being so miserable.
