I have been waiting and waiting for the district Manager to call me after what happened LAST MONTH! Starbucks in general has gone to shit. But this location is terrible. They never get it right and after what happened I'll never go back. But the fact that NO ONE has reached out after the incident is just bad. Bad. Avoid at all cost. Driver further to they over locations.

I ordered online about two minutes before I got there. When I got to the drive-through and told him I had to pick up order, the girl in the drive-through gave me attitude and said next time give us a little longer to make it. I said OK and then sat in the drive-through lane for about eight minutes while I was waiting for my single drink to be made. That was after I tried to order online and half the menu was gone, which doesn’t make sense because I could still order it when I got there. Then when I got my drink, it was 90% ice, which clearly is spiteful. I will not be returning to this Starbucks EVER! Horrible service and then when I got my drink, she said My name and just handed me my drink that was it didn’t tell me if I needed anything. Didn’t ask me if I needed anything that was it. Severely disappointed as I am a paying customer with the lack of customer service.
The coffee is great but frankly Starbucks hasn't been the same these past 10 years since they decided they needed to put in uncomfortable chairs to keep us heading for the exit and not hanging around.

Arrived for breakfast to find a customer frustratedly waiting for her coffee. Noticed the take out girl prepare my order and then forget it to apologize to the previously forgotten customer, for forgetting her. Then she moved onto the next order. When she was reminded to return to my order she gave me half the order and left the other half, When I mentioned the other bag she shrugged responsibly and said it wasn’t her job. . Luckily I pay attention or I would have wasted my morning.

This Starbucks has always been so consistent up until recently. I get a grande or a venti mocha frappuchino most days out of the week and it used to be made perfectly, but the last two weeks it has not been good at all. You can tell just by the color of it. One time they were out of the frap roast so they substituted it with espresso but didn’t tell me and I actually spit it out, it was horrible. You charge too much to make bad drinks.
I order through the app before I go to starbucks in the morning. It is always ready when I get there. However the staff is extremely rude and inconsiderate. Not one person even looks at you when you walk in that door. I say good morning and thank you...have a good day..every morning I am completely ignored by all of the staff. If I ask for somthing or somthing isn't right with the order it is the biggest inconvenience to all if you can get a employee to even engage with you.
The cold shoulder and nasty looks are unwelcoming and straight up rude.

Small parking lots and indoor and outdoor metal sessions
A dedicated and wonderful work team, especially the branch manager who communicates via the microphone. He is interactive, courteous, and a master of the highest order in his manners and reception.
