I went to buy my family food and goggle said it close at 930 pm and I got to the restaurant at 8pm and they told us they were closed when clearly online it says they close at 9:30pm and I’ve been to the restaurant plenty of times after 8 pm they need to hire people wanna work because clearly in a rush to get off and shut the restaurant down early then what is posted online or they need to fix the hrs of service online because wasting people time and gas isn’t very professional

The man that works there is extremely creepy, him and the women there sat in the back talking and laughing while I was waiting to be helped. Extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. I walked out.

The store is quaint, but the lettuce was wilted, like I watched him pick out slimy bits. Also where is the tuna? If I didn't order so many veggies I would have just gotten bread.... Not Impressed.

Hay iv been going to this subway for awhile and its a good subway but they have this guy Gunjan and I don’t know what’s going on in this man’s life, but between the past three when he got a 5 star review to today something happen or changed because he has a bad attitude When I went Tuesday, I felt very rushed by when he was making my sandwich. Today I got lucky and I didn’t have him. I had a gentleman who works there part time to help the owner out and runs a DJ for weddings chill guy And the only reason why this place is getting five stars because if he wasn’t there, I’d give it to one star that man is 5 out of 5 on his own. But Gunjan is hostile I genuinely don’t want to go there if I see him or I’ll just try and get served by someone else but today some lady asked I think for her bread to be extra toasted something small and the dude takes for sandwich wrap paper and all slams it into the toaster and just turns out for 14 seconds pulls it out smoke pouring out of the freaking thing almost starting a fire and gives her mad attitude gives it to her and then she’s like I worked for SUBWAY® for two years and that’s not how you do things or customers and he argues back at her like straight off. I don’t feel comfortable nor do I wanna be served by this gentleman if somethings going on in his life I understand that things happen, but he really needs to calm down and take a breath if you need some 15 minute break because he’s feeling overwhelmed he should take it . if it somethings going on in his background like he’s financial problems or family problems or anything else, he needs to figure out how to separate that from work. If he’s that miserable at this job that he needs to start looking for a new job because that’s such a hostile attitude like I felt uncomfortable being there and he was even serving me today

ok so went there today (first time at this location)...right off the bat the guy behind the counter, making the sandwich, definitely was beyond rude and looked liked he could care less...
then to top it off the bread was beyond disgusting....listen I don't need it right out of the oven but was hard and dry as heck...

Ohmygosh, worst subway experience ever. The guy ("Joe") who helped me was SO rude and surly I felt like I should apologize for buying a sandwich. And I'm always friendly!
Genuinely awful experience. I was planning on eating there, but ended up eating in my car, because I was so uncomfortable with that rude man.
(Also, $13 USD for a little tiny wrap? BANANAS).

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Let's just say this, I worked for subway over 10 years ago and their standards DRAMATICALLY dropped! I received two BREADSTICK sandwiches with minimal meats and toppings. Who are you hiring to run the order of operations? Neededless to say I WON'T be returning. Basically every franchise has gone downhill like this one. Better start making subs on your own, would definitely be better than this poor excuse of a sub I received. Literally you have ONE job.
