This is the last time I go here. 75% of the time they never toast things all the way. I'm sick of order a hot toasty sub then I go to eat it and it's still cold and soggy in the middle. Waste of my money

I placed an order online. I then had to wait at the store for 20 minutes because there were 4 other people waiting for their online orders and they kept taking walk ins vs making our orders. I eventually left and called the store to have them cancel it. The woman said I had to go through the app, which is not correct. Then I called again to get a refund and the guy said he processed it. It's over a week later and still no refund. The level of incompetent employees at this store makes me wish automation took their jobs.

Recap: they make me wait too long and then keep my money for no meal.

Ordered on the app it was delivered through door dash. Entire order was wrong and they never answered the phone so I couldnt get it resolved. You aren't closed so why are you not answering the phone?

No footlong BLTs anymore in an effort to keep things "fresh". It was my go to every Friday. Contacted corporate Subway to find out why they would remove. It's their marketing efforts to keep things fresh. I'll post my response. Go to a local sub place and they'll happily make you the classic BLT, minus the marketing. Don't support businesses that prey on customers, support those that value you.

I placed an online order on 11/11/23 and requested the food be ready in 45 minutes. It was not. Staff had just started making the subs when I arrived 45 minutes after placing it. What's the point of online ordering and selecting a time if the food isn't going to be ready? I would understand if it was during a lunch rush, however, that wasn't the case. Why did I wait so long to post the review here? Apparently I posted this review for a different store, for which I'm very sorry. I didn't find out until yesterday.

Fresh bread very clean staff is fabulous they had a lot of patience with an older lady ordering and the girl who was working there walked the elder to her car make sure she was safe bravo!!! Then apologize to us for waiting no need to apologize just a great subway there's not to many that are like this one good job guys ?

Extremely poor service, I was denied service because the worker "knew" me. The worker also yelled at me and my father instead of remaining calm and being professional. If it wasn't for that I would recommend this location.

One girl that works there always has such a BAD attitude and makes the whole experience like you are an inconvenience to her. Her name tag has stuff written all over it so you cant read her name properly, also has a head cap on. Some people just can't handle customer service.
