The new management here is great. They are fast, professional, and provide overall excellent service and food. I stop in frequently for lunch, and am always greeted kindly. Special requests have never been an issue and friendly conversation and small talk are pleasant while they prepare orders. 5 stars all around.

They try to upsell. Without you knowing. They put a bag of chips in my order without telling us and charge 2 dollars.

I went in to to order 2 subs and he was rude when making the sub. Got home and the bottom of my bread was doughy I called up and stated that maybe you should check your white bread cause my was doughy and he stated it wasn’t . And then told

I have been going to Subway for over 25 years. I am a loyal customer. We go roughly biweekly to Subway although just about never to this location. I have never seen such pathetic subs. There was next to nothing on our subs. I have never seen anything like this. Just terrible. One layer of very thin meat. He claimed he put eight slices or whatever it was. They were so thin that you could barely see it. You basically are eating bread. As it was explained to me over the phone, standard provolone cheese on the veggie sub was three very thin half circles of provolone for a footlong sub. I had paid for extra cheese and it got me one more half circle for the ENTIRE sub. It was a veggie sub but so few veggies left it tasting only like bread. You could barely see the lettuce. Subway should be mortified by this franchise.

The bathroom was so filthy I opted out of ordering food. Whole place looked dirty as did the people waiting on customers.

I stopped in on Sunday 5/11/25. And purchased an Italian sub. The woman manager was very professional, polite and noticeable of the menu.

I got a fountain soda and put the ice in and there was big chunks of black which was mold so I wouldn’t suggest getting a fountain soda from there. I asked the kid politely if I could just have a fountain beverage scene I already paid for the drink.

I echo those who complain that they don’t take coupons. As part of a chain, is this even their choice? I thought it very strange when I saw the sign. The other thing is that in my case very stingy with ingredients. I don’t eat meat, so I ordered a veggie sub with extra cheese. Normally that will be 4 (thin) slices of cheese. I got 2. I think the owners are trying to boost their profit margin by going rogue. Not going back to this location.

I just picked up a foot long tuna sub
Glad I had a coupon
Normally a 1 foot sub would have 4 scoops of tuna on a foot long
I don’t think there was 2 scoops on the entire sub
My hubby and I C were C still super hungry

Weird thing is you can usually watch how the sub is made
This time they had a big metal tray in front of where they make subs
I knew when I lifted the sub it was too light

Placed order via App for pickup. App said it was ready but when showed up it wasn't on rack. People were chatting amongst themselves so they weren't too busy to put sub on the rack. Had to ask for it at the counter. Maybe they have problems with thieves picking up orders? Oldest clerk was arguing with a customer about her order. Will choose other nearby subway for future orders even though it is further away.
