Whoever was working drive thru tonight should not be in customer service.
We’re greeted with “ we’re short staffed no more than 5 items” so basically I can get 1 meal. Then we ask a question and the guy starts yelling “ I said 5 items bro” we proceed to ask who he’s talking to like that… response was “ bro I’m telling you because your acting stupid.
Meanwhile we have kids in the backseat and your being rude to us for trying to give you business? Absolutely ridicules.

Tonight was one of my worst experiences at this taco bell. I ordered a crispy Cantina chicken taco and a double stacked Taco with chicken. The double stack Taco was a complete disaster and all of the cheese and lettuce fell out all over my car when I opened it! I first noticed I didn't get the avocado sauce with my Cantina taco and then I opened it and it looked like this! Wtf?!
It definitely wasn't a busy time but the food was fresh fast and delicious also customer service was great

Why would you get rid of breakfast only reason I ever went to Taco Bell .
Ngl I still ate it but what hell is this!!! It tasted I was eating the char off of a grill. I am so disappointed. How is it possible to burn it this badly. Absolutely unacceptable. If 0 stars was an option this is what I would do. Smh smh smh

They “close” the drive thru anywhere from 10-30mins prior to what their door and website says. This is the 4th time it’d happen. Will never return to this location again.
Sorry other people work late too and just want a quick dinner at 1:30am. Maybe change the operation hours if it’s such an inconvenience for y’all to do your job.

Incredibly disappointed with the service here, I waited in line for about 5 minutes before I pulled up to the window to see if the place was open like it said online. I looked through the window to see all the employees on their phones doing absolutely nothing. It says this location is open until one and I see no reason your employees should be allowed to ignore people an hour and a half before the closing time. I hope in the future this issue will be resolved, it’s incredibly disrespectful to any of the customers that come through.

Ordered a lux cravings box, and it was very gross. Like, do not order here. I stupidly substituted steak, got charged extra to be treated with 3 or four tiny pieces of steak on a quarter of the shell; which was also broken. There were random orange fries in my 5 layer burrito, which is not an available ingredient, so I got weirded out and threw it away. Ordered guac and chips got 2 tbsp of guac and literally smashed chips. They probably also spit in my food. How dare I want to alter my order and have it delivered to me. Since I can not drive and was physically igured at the time. Not only will I not go to this Taco Bell again. I won't go to any from here on out. Thanks, Taco Bell, for making me want to boycott all chain restaurants forever.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional Service and Misleading Hours (10/12/24)
I arrived at your location around 1:30, expecting service based on the hours listed on your website, which state you’re open until 2:00. There was a car in front of me that waited at the speaker for nearly 10 minutes before leaving without receiving any assistance. I remained patient, waiting another 10 minutes, repeatedly asking if anyone was there through the speaker, but received no response. After 20 minutes of waiting with no communication, I finally got out of my car to check what was going on.
When I approached the window, one staff member blatantly ignored me, while another casually informed me that the store was closed. By this time, it was 1:50, and there were four cars behind me, all waiting without any indication that the store had closed early. No signs, no communication, just silence.
This experience was beyond frustrating. If your hours have changed, you need to update them on your website to avoid misleading customers. Closing 30 minutes early without notifying those who have been patiently waiting is not only unprofessional but downright disrespectful. A simple notice or a heads-up would have prevented this frustrating situation.
I can understand if unforeseen circumstances arise, but leaving customers to sit in confusion for 20+ minutes without even a basic courtesy of acknowledging that you’ve closed early is unacceptable. This level of disregard for customer service is incredibly disappointing and needs to be addressed to avoid further frustration for others.

Fast and fresh food here and a very clean location. Janice served us while we were here she is an excellent employee and has great customer service skills! I'm not sure what's up with the bad reviews we have always had a good experience at this location
This taco bell use to be my favorite because of the freshness of the food and the friendliness of the employees. The food now looks like it was pulled out of the garbage can and employees are rude. They ask you for sauce then don't put in the bag. Won't be eating their any more.
My order has 1 item missing and the taco has way less meat than wolf road one

There were no lights on in the parking lot to start off with. Driving up to the speaker took forever with a long line, as there were only two people working. The employees were ignorant and rude, yelling in the background while I was attempting to order. It then took me another 10 minutes before I could get to the window to pay. ANOTHER ten minutes later I finally got my two tacos, which were incredibly skimpy. At least they tasted good. So sad to see a business genuinely struggling so much.
