I used to really love Ted's but lately it's been very mid. I ordered the big Ted's platter and a side of New England clam chowder. The platter was ok except for one shrimp that tasted weird. The clams are a bit rubbery, I don't really care for them. The scallops are good but a bit too salty. The fish is ok but pretty skimpy. Ben hearing about Ted’s for so many years, finally tried it. Can confirm it’s super cute and can see that no frills, almost nostalgic appeal. Kinda weird how all the staff (cooks) are facing you behind the counter just standing by if there’s no one in front of you in line. Also gave me the runs like no other within 2 hours of stuffing my face, but that was expected.
Parking is easy here once you find the entrance. I had the lunch special. A fish fry, coleslaw, french fries and a fountain drink. The food was quickly served and Hot! The inside could use a bit of an update, the counter is warn.
The staff was friendly. Great food as always with Ted's.
