This place is disgusting. No soap in the restroom dispenser. (How do emplyees wash after using restroom?) When I complained I was told it gets stolen. From a dispenser? Food showed up. Half a crab is NOT half a pound of crab. Crab was disgusting. When I complained was told no one else complained. Inedible. Demanded discount. Oh and the diet pepsi was flat. Restaurant was empty. Employees screaming at each other in chinese over rap music on stereo. I won't be back.

Myself, my husband and 3 of our grandchildren ages 15, 12, & 9 went for dinner on a Tuesday night recently . The decor was very nice but since it was only our table and two others it was quiet and a little boring. I like a busy restaurant. I was concerned the food wasn’t going to be very good but I as wrong. We all got seafood boils which were seasoned perfectly. The food was fresh and there was plenty food with the 4 meals we got. I look forward to going back.

My boyfriend had an issue with the lobster. It was rather small ( which they can’t really do too much about it) the manager who was a short woman came over yelling at us yelling, what’s the problem, what’s the problem. What you want? I was so shock I asked her to lower her tone as everyone in the restaurant was now looking at us because of the way she was carrying on. I told her it’s fine and we left. That was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant . I never even seen or have been treated so horribly in my life. I didn’t even finish my food I paid and left. The waitress was awesome as she was working the bar and waiting tables alone but the managers behavior was so disrespectful and definitely not customer friendly. I usually recommend people here as it’s affordable, decent food, and the wait time is not that long. We come for Mother’s Day and birthdays but we’re definitely going to find somewhere else to go from now on.

Tried to make a reservation days in advance and was told to comeback in person on the day and there would be problem when we came in we were told to leave and comeback 45 minutes later after waiting and tried calling to try again we were rejected and hung up on. I would not recommend wasting your time staff have absolutely no customer service
