How many people have you overcharged and how lazy do you have to be to not update your online menu prices? A sunny Saturday afternoon. Looked at the menu online before going. Sat out on the patio. The crunchwrap supreme on the online menu was $15, but when I arrived the in-store menu listed it as $17.95. Server acted like it was no big deal, 'most people don't even notice' she said, and the cost depended on the meat I wanted- but the online menu clearly specified the beef. Food was good but the drinks weren't nearly good enough for the price (also $15), my margarita came in a rocks glass. Obviously didn't make for a great first impression.

So read the overview which seemed to suggest food was bland. Now for us this has not been the case for our 2 visits. Our favorites are the shrimp and hot chicken tacos. Flavors are layered and heat was definitely present. One of the places where I really appreciate what a good taco can deliver. This is our got to place for tacos when in Albany. Non alcoholic beer was also available and consumed. Not the fault of tipsy taco but the na corona was not as great as expected. I didn’t find the service rushed at all. I found service refreshingly fast….. though on both occasions we were in a bit of a hurry.

I was excited to finally get to eat here! My son and his wife raved about it. Went on a Thursday afternoon. We sat in the dining section. There was 1 other table occupied. Took over 35mins for a drink and an additional 10mins to order food. Food service was fast. Unfortunately, our food seemed old, barely warm to the touch. Maybe we just went on an off day because so many people seem to enjoy their food here. On a positive note, the atmosphere was nice. Good music , plenty of open seating.

We love tipsy taco. Their food and drinks are so good and their chips… the best! I’ve gotten the burrito bowl, surf and turf bowl, birria tacos, it’s all so good! Highly recommend. Friendly staff and nice environment.

Our first time here. Our son and his gf took us. It's their go to place. We were surprised at how good the food was. We ate outside and it was very casual. That works for us. The service was great. Our waitress promptly had our drinks as needed. Food came out quickly and was hot and delicious 😋

Best dish is the barria nachos. The music was too loud outside to hear eaxh other talk. We played trivia and sat outside, but the music in between questions and after trivia was too loud to speak or hear comfortably. Also, the bugs were a lot. We had flies and yellow jackets constantly buzzing around our food. I know were were outside, but the yellow jackets were nuts.

The service is awful and has been getting worse each time we visit but we love the food. It's a shame they can't train their servers and it's obvious management doesn't seem to get it. Just one example, they served out food after we waited 45 minutes and we had to get up and get our own silverware from the bar. This was happening to everyone. Terrible. We aren't going there anymore.

My husband and I were really excited to eat here for our date night. The food and drinks were underwhelming. My husband ordered their special which was a crab cake taco and it was awful. Almost immediately after eating we felt extremely sick. We spent the rest of the night in the bathroom. I’m pretty sure we got food poisoning from I’m guessing the crab cake but have no way of knowing for sure. I called the restaurant the next day to let them know that we got sick from the food there. No apology or really any emotion, they just took my name and number for the manager to reach out. Unfortunately no one ever called. Food safety is not a joke. I’m pretty shocked that the manager or owner doesn’t care about their customers health and well being enough to reach out and want to know more about the situation. We obviously will never go back and I would recommend everyone else do the same.
