I think Wendy's makes the best chicken nuggets. That being said I had a deal available on the app to get a free order of nuggets with any purchase.
I stopped at this Wendy's and indicated to the person who is taking my order that I have a deal on the app. I held up my phone to demonstrate.
I was handed a bag and it felt a little light.
There was only one order
I said I'm supposed to have two I ordered one chicken nugget that I paid for and I was supposed to get a free one.
The manager came to the counter. Initially he said there was no such deal and then he said I would have to buy two orders of chicken nuggets to get a free order.
I held My phone displaying the deal on the app.
I said that is absolutely not what it says here. He pretty much acted like he wasn't going to make good on the deal and I made it clear I'm not budging. I said I will call the police or the attorney general's office because this is false advertising and I've had a number of businesses lately do things like this where they offer a deal and then don't make good on it and I'm sick of it.
I'm an older person I have stage 3 cancer and my blood pressure was going up. There was a line of people forming behind me who also wanted to order food as well.
The manager finally relented acted like he was doing me a favor and gave me what the deal said I was entitled to anyway.
This is the second or third time I've had an incident like this at this Wendy's for whatever reason they don't want to honor deals on the app.
I think the manager really handled the situation badly like the old saying goes the customer is always right picking a fight with a customer who is clearly on firm ground is never a good idea because it only makes you look like a fool in front of all the other customers.
By the time I finally got the food that I had been really looking forward to my pulse was rapid my blood pressure was high and I was really wound up.
I think HR really needs to have a talk with the management at this Wendy's
My advice to other people going here is to stand your ground and make them make good on the deals that are offered by the Wendy's corporation on the app.

Quick good fast food. Like most fast food restaurants, there is a drive-through option. I sat and ate, preferring that over, waiting for the food to cool off or get soggy transporting it. Just a quirk of mine.

I mean it's definitely not my choice Wendy's location. With only 1 car ahead of us we waited almost 15 mins for our simple order. My wife said better eat them fries fast lol. Orders were correct food was warm at best. They did patch the exit which helped a tiny bit.

This location is the best I've been to in a while. No messing around order your food quick and get it even quicker. They've got this down. I was in line with 5 cars ahead and thought I'd be there a while. Literally less than 4 mins I was pulling away with my order and it was all their and how I ordered it. Keep up the good work. 11:00 am on a Friday

I ordered nuggets and BBQ sauce. That was my entire order. They forgot the BBQ sauce.
Love me a biggie bag, lol. $7.00 is a bargain for a burger, fries, suggests and a drink... small potions, and just enough! Yummy!

Just bought Chili at Wendy’s. When I opened it when I got home it was like water. It had a half of hamburger not chopped up. It definitely was an old hamburger from the nigh before. Needed to put in garbage. It was a disgrace.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Wendy’s. Nearly three weeks ago, my phone was damaged by an employee at the store drive thru. Wendy’s initially admitted fault and requested a quote for the damages, which I provided promptly. However, since then, I have faced nothing but delays and unresponsiveness.
I was given incorrect contact information for the district manager, and despite multiple attempts to reach out via email and phone, I have received no response. This has not only caused significant inconvenience but has also negatively impacted my business.
I expected better customer service and accountability from a company like Wendy’s. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I urge others to be cautious when dealing with this store.

Asked for plain fish - fish and bun. They were not able to give me a plain fish. She said it comes with cheese.I got a refund and I guess fries is dinner. Sadly, the fish is amazing - but they were not able to deliver on a simple fish on a bun order. So sad.
