I went through the drive-thru to pick up my order, but the lady working there was extremely rude and didn’t seem interested in helping anyone properly. When you hire someone, you should make sure they know how to treat customers with respect.

Purchased the chicken sandwich it was pretty darn good better than what you get at McDonald's!!! Would definitely buy it again. I got the chicken sandwich and a small chocolate milk shake...I always LOVE Wendy's chocolate shake reminds me of the White Castle chocolate milk shake!!!! So very delicious 😋 makes my heart ❤️😁, ,If you've never tried one it's totally worth your hard earned 🤑💰!!! This location is always neat and clean!!!

I ordered the JBC at the drive-thru. I asked what the JBC was. The guy said two burgers, med fries and med soda. I ordered the combo with no cheese, no salt and no ice in the drink. The guy taking the order never said anything about bacon being on the sandwich. After I got my order and drove away from the takeout window, I parked and inspected the sandwich only to find two strips of bacon on each sandwich. If I had known ahead of time about the bacon I would have ordered the sandwiches without bacon. I'm glad I caught this before I ate the burgers. Even though the food was good and came out the way I ordered it, the guy taking the orders could have been better at communicating to me what is on such a burger sandwich. Needless to say I was not pleased with my experience at Wendy's.

The manager at around 11:00 a.m. thank you so much for helping me with the 2 Pennies situation, food was great. Service from her was five stars I gave four stars for the service because the original cashier did not follow repeated instructions, but she had a very happy attitude at least, they all did. But the dummy forgot the sauce also.
The guys on the windows are disrespectful and unprofessional and doesn’t care about customers especially for doordasher, please replace them

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and ate half of it. It was night and I happened to look at it and saw RAW chicken! Went right back and they just said sorry here is your $7. I will be calling corporate!

Be careful with this Wendy's. They up sell you when you dont ask for it. Sometimes even if you say you want a medium. If this keeps on happening. I will sue.

Not one person in there understood what I was saying i gave up after 10 min. I watched the lady on fries no gloves grab the fries that were sitting there for who knows how long and dump them back in the basket to refry them (priceless) they charge you over 5 dollars and give you old refried F.F. they went in garbage and the chili guess there saving at that too ive never seen Wendy's chili so liquidated and loose so that went in garbage too.

Bought some late night food to take back to the hotel right across the street after a long night. Food was stone cold and obviously been sitting around for quite some time. I know it was late, but it was still within operating time, and should be up to standards; I’m not paying for leftovers.
