Place was empty, after I order they were doing nothing just talk to each other. After 15 min waiting for a pizza. They said the pizza in the oven was for somebody else. And they just start to prepare mine. I work for an airline and they new i was waiting to work for my flight but they dont care. HORRIBLE

I’m a former employee at wolfgang puck. the food & service are not great. the so called “manager” courtney was too busy talking to coworkers all the time instead of training me. don’t waste ur money going here. go to chickfila instead :)

Slow service. Lady in front of me ordered a margherita pizza and they failed to put basil on it. Same with the guy behind me. 4 employees standing around talking while not making my pizza. Pizza itself was fine once I got it.

If you're looking for a faaaaar below par 10in pie and want to pay $20+ bucks for it, you have the right place! Don't bother with the soups, salads, or sandwiches - they aren't serving /that/ 2/3s of the menu.At least the line was short (just us), but still a 15 minute wait for service.The cookies from the Walmart box they were serving out of looked ok, though.

I'd never had anything from Wolfgang Puck, but I've seen his face on TV, and the place looks fancy, and the pickings are slim at ALB. So I tried a 4 cheese pizza. What a travesty. Soggy crust, yet somehow still burnt on the edges. Flavorless sauce and cheese. And no napkins or spices to perhaps salvage this mess. Just one napkin and a tiny packet of salt and pepper in a prewrapped bag. Very disappointing ?

On a busy Saturday afternoon for the Albany airport, and the store has ONE employee working. In observing this employees work ethic, it definitely has no concern that most everyone in the airport is in some sort of time crunch. I have been currently been in line for 25 mins. I had 3 people in line ahead of me. And my pizza has just gotten out into the oven.I would NOT recommend this restaurant unless you have several hours to waste and don’t mind waiting forever for your food.
