Every single dish brought in was very fresh, tasty and prepared with great care. Rolls were melting in our mouth and the Yoshi Sushi roll is very impressive. Highly recommended!

All I can say is WOW. This sushi is so good! It’s the freshest fish I’ve ever tried in upstate New York. I’ve had sugar fish in CA and plenty of other sushi spots upstate and in the city but this place is just wow. Phenomenal. The tuna was amazing, the salmon was *CHEFS KISS* Will definitely come back again

Best sushi we’ve had since being in the Capital Region! Family run business, Yoshi, the itamae is behind the boards while his daughter runs the tables. The miso soup was a great way to start our meal. All the nigiri was fresh and delicious, the unagi was some of the tastiest I’ve tried, my wife and I both ate one piece of our yellowtail scallion roll & in unison said it was one of the best we’ve ever had. Highly recommend visiting Yoshi’s sushi!

Sushi restaurant with an old school flare, just the way I love it. The sushi rolls were delicious & and fresh, and the octopus sunomomo was on another level! Everything was great, and the sushi master was fast & efficient. I am coming back to try other things on the menu very soon.

Amazing little gem, you'll find traditional Japanese sushi here, no weird ingredients, no fuss, just plain great, flavorful, masterfully prepared, traditional sushi. It's one guy cooking and his wife serving. I live in NJ and would drive 2 hours just to eat there. We must protect Yoshi at all costs.

See my picture... it's a creative repurposing of items left over from the previous day plus some rolls and nigiri. That fish under the sesame seeds is a slab of miso black cod.... incredible and worth the price all by itself!
