The food here is great. Out of all the restaurants on Merrick Blvd they always have the largest variety of vegetable dishes. From Spinach, String beans, Zucchini, Okra to Steamed cabbage they offer a larger vegetable variety than all the other restaurants. Also the food is delicious. They bake cakes as well, carrot cake and Rum cake to name a few. Check them out and ask for Michelle.

Some of the best Guyanese food in queens! There arent a lot of places that offer lesser Antilles food in queens as everything is mostly Jamaican. But having this food is a breath of fresh air for my family!

I would like to thank the owners of homechef catering, gor all they have done and shown me and fellow customers their kindness, courtesy in all that they do, plus I enjoy the different foods prepared.
I was unfortunately helped by the owner, which was the worst service I have Ever received from any restaurant I have ever visited in my life. The owner lacks sincerity and is very Ignorant and illiterate. She should not be allowed to serve food to the public with an Attitude like that! My Bill was $9.58 I had no cash and I was finish Ordering, apparently there minimum was $10 I asked her if she could allowed the transaction she said no, I was appalled at her uptightness and her reluctancy! I simply asked if it was personal because anyone working in hospitality that has good service would not allow 42 cents to be an issue. However, the Lady curse me out so badly and told me not to come back and she did not need my business; I am still amazed at how escalated this woman who is the owner carried on. She needs to remember it is the consumers that keeps her doors open, her lights on. My Business may not have mattered but with an Attitude like that she will lose customers one by one. I Was so upset, I threw the food I just purchased in the Garbage .
