Service was a little slow and for the first 40 minutes all we were served was the drink ordered. There was nothing else to eat. No bread no salad etc. Everyone was very nice. Food was terrific.

The restaurant is beautiful but for the price of the food, we expected much better service. The table was never cleared. Wine glasses and empty plates stayed on the table until we had to ask for it to be cleared. We also didn't know who our main server was. At the beginning of our meal we had a young guy take our order and midway thru the meal he disappeared, didn't have anyone to clear the table, didn't know who to speak to regarding ordering more drinks and then finally a woman took over when we asked to talk to our waiter. For a restaurant that tries to appear high-end with high-end prices, we expected high-end service. Also, it didn't help with the ambiance when a religious person was allowed to come in and go table to table asking for charity. It was very uncomfortable and unbecoming.

We have been to novo many times. Each time was better than the next. Yesterday was not a good day. Service was not good, food was good but it took over an hour to get it. I know it was mother's day, but it was not that crowded that it should have taken that amount of time.

Beautiful restaurant... first time there and the service was excellent. Our food was delicious ... tuna tartare and beet salad was great. Steak was cooked to perfection!! Nice ambiance and the restaurant manager Soso was AMAZING. Extremely charming and runs the restaurant to perfection

We went for our anniversary because our usual steakhouse was closed for a private event. The restaurant just opened and the menu was still for the soft opening of the restaurant. When I looked online the menu was definitely more extensive than what they were serving. When we opened the door the manager came right up to the door and asked us if we were there for a special occasion so I told him yes, our anniversary, which was listed when I booked with open table. The service was good but the waiter and the bus boys were doing a lot of hovering around us. We ordered the mahi mahi tacos for an appetizer, they were very salty and served with a hard shell which isn't easy to eat while it's crumbling all over the place and everything is falling out of it, a soft corn tortilla is a much better choice. I ordered a 22 oz bone in ribeye. It was cooked the way I asked for it but the meat itself was very tough. I heard them explaining to another couple that the steaks are not aged so maybe that's why it was tough. My husband ordered the hangar steak which was a softer steak. We also had a side of spinach and green beans which were very good. The prices are very, very high! I know a kosher steakhouse is very expensive BUT I felt they were a little too expensive. I mean $5.00 for a diet coke from the tap with no refills is ridiculous. I also thought it would've been nice to maybe give us a dessert on the house for our anniversary. My husband tried an apple tart, which he said was very good BUT AGAIN $20.00 for a dessert!!! So now we're thinking we'll just stay with our usual steakhouse. We at least know the food is delicious and the prices are what other steakhouses are.

This is the new epicenter of fine dining in the Five Towns area. The food was delectable but the service was even better. The servers were attentive and determined to make a good impression, and the manager came over to the table at various periods to chat and make everyone feel like his best friend. I felt like I was at a Manhattan Michelin Star restaurant and I cannot wait to return.
